Don’t bother with these clowns. These reviews are obviously paid for. I called them to set up a consultation , the whole time on the phone I’m being transferred around and having to repeat myself, they are bumbling around with “sorry our system is slow” - finally set up an appointment - of course I’m stood up! So I call back, they say “oh sorry we made a mistake in our system” so I try and reschedule - she says she has to call back because “the system is slow” and when she calls back the only window I get is “sometime tomorrow” how unprofessional, bunch of bumbling confused monkeys over here. Everyone I have talked to has been great. Especially Brian, who did the initial inspection and the treatments. No surprises (except it costing much less than expected) . Explained everything in detail and answered all questions. Thought it was termites. Two other company's were talking about big money to get rid of them. Talking about damage to the house and how hard they are to eliminate. Asked both how they know they are termites because the look like aunts. Was told there are different types and they've been doing this a long time, "sounds like termites". Fox didn't jump to conclusions, did a inspection and determined it was carpenter aunt's and bees. Treated for everything 3 days ago. No sign of anything so far. Very, very happy.

I don't like solicitors, as a matter of fact, I turn them away just for the fact that they're soliciting. However, when Mark and Devin came into the area not only were they very personable but very knowledgeable and sharing of their company and their products and their services. These two individuals were on my property less than 10 minutes and they already knew more than I have from living here in the last few years. I have to say, they went over and above their Call of Duty in order to get my attention. I can’t remember the names of the two men who came to my home, I think it was Ryan & Brandon but I could be wrong and I’m so sorry if I am because these two men were awesome. I had another company tell me I had a bug problem. As much as I would like to give the name of that man, his wrong doing wasn’t the company’s fault. However this man was going to charge me over $2000 for something I didn’t even have a problem with, as a matter of fact he did charge my card even after calling him 15 minutes after leaving my home and told him I was getting a second opinion. The two very professional men from Fox came, early might I add but they checked my home throughly, explained EVERYTHING to me as they were going and confirmed I had no big problems. I can’t begin to thank you enough. They aren’t just out for money, these men & this company care.

The only reason I gave one star is because I had to, in order to post a review. For the second time Fox Pest Control charged me for service that they did not perform. First back in September the tech claimed to have been at my property to perform the prepaid service and he never showed up. I called and they did send another rep out a few days later. This happened again last week. My credit card was charged in advance, as per their policy, and they never showed up to do the service. I called Fox and asked why the tech never came out to do the service and she said “the tech was there at 10:30”. My wife was home all day and I have a large dog that will notice a chipmunk from inside the house and he will go crazy. There is no way that the tech was at my house and my wife did not know, NO WAY! I have asked for a refund and if I don’t get it further action will be taken. Buyer beware with Fox Pest Control.

The representative I had was named JOSH and he was very professional, friendly and very thorough in his responsibilities. When asked to give FPC a try; I was reluctant after a bad experience with one of their competitors who is a nationwide pest control company. This is a relatively NEW SMALL company; local in Kentucky, and wanted to give them a chance. We had NO TERMITES; and the only problems we have are with field mice (we lived next to a horse farm); SPIDERS, and some other insect we are trying to identify. The ONLY issue I have is WHY IS IT THAT MICE & TERMITE BAIT TRAPS are filled with food (that ultimately kills the mice/termite, etc.); and ATTRACT them rather than REPEL them from coming near the house. However, killing them when they enter the trap solves the immediate problem, but if the bait traps are empty; or low on food; then they are going to pay a visit to my kitchen and look for food or termites are going to head toward wood in the house and have a feast. I do NOT understand why products have not been developed to where it REPELS rather than ATTRACT. Anyway, I would highly recommend FPC for your needs if you have current pest control problems. Their customer service is EXCELLENT; and they do try accommodate schedules and payment dates to suit you rather than them.

John Bishop, service manager and his partner Cody run this branch and do an amazing job servicing Lexington! I have never had an issue that wasn’t handled better that I expected! I'm a big fan of these guys, from the initial sales guy Jesse, to David the technician they were all fantastic. I generally HATE door to door sales people, our neighborhood is no-solicitation, but Jesse was a straight shooter, honest, fair, and fast. David came a few days later and was very thorough. Our ant problem was dramatically slowed, but persisted in a few areas after the first treatment, after the follow treatment in a week they were gone entirely. We have not seen any creepy crawlies in our home. They do what they say and are pleasant to work with.

The original tech was upfront with me about the possibility of the initial treatment not completely ending the ant problem. He did an overview of the house to make sure we were ready or if there were any quick things we should fix, he explained the procedure again, and he didn't get offended when I stayed in my car (instead of leaving him at my house alone). We had a rocky start with a rude tech, but if it hadn't been for such good service at the second attempt, we would have looked somewhere else for service. Ronnie appeared and saved the day. At first, I was nervous about leaving him in my house but he was friendly, personable, and respectful. This is an upright company. The only reason to not give 5 stars was the first tech that was not up to Ronnie's level. Thank You Ronnie and Fox for the peace of mind.

David Jones sprayed my house this morning and did an amazing job. Knocked down cobwebs and went above and beyond to say the least. Very friendly. My first treatment was last month for big black ants and they recommended 2 back to back treatments as carpenter ants can cause some major issues if you don’t disrupt their reproduction cycle. After the first treatment I only saw 2 ants all month. I’m sure they’ll be completely gone after this treatment and I’m so thankful! No more spiders is nice too

Ridding our home of ants has been difficult. FOX has scheduled a return visit on the same day I call, all as part of their original guarantee of their service. Today Thomas Smith returned with his supervisor Johnny Wright. The two of them applied a different technique and the ants flocked to it, dying almost instantly. I had the most wonderful, experience anyone who has to deal with bugs, has ever had. We all know we don’t like to admit when we have them, but there is help. Kind people right in front of us . In less than 5 hours, I had 2 wonderful gentleman at my home, willing to deal with questions, pets, as well as a special needs child. Thomas came out today to provide a follow-up treatment for my severe ant problem. Was very professional and answered all my questions, plus provided information on what to look for and how the process worked. Was very nice and I was completely comfortable having him in my home. Also, a shout out for Christina who called to check some information a few days ago. I told her a few ants had come back, but I didn't need for them to come back. She checked with one of the techs and said they should come back anyway, no charge. She was right, the ants just kept coming and by the time Thomas got here (I was busy the day after I called her, but they came the day after that), they were in full swing! Also, Jerem and Blake were the original folks I dealt with and both were extremely professional and courteous. Super customer service all around.

My husbands initials or signature was forged on the contract. It clearly wasn’t signed by him. When I go to the documents Fox sent to me, it wants me to register for some account to even be able to sign them. There is no way he signed them. I have called Fox office and no one ever answers. It’s just some recorded message about butterfly’s. I have emailed them and haven’t received a response. Forging someone’s initials or signature is a CRIME. They are coming to my properties and not even telling me or my tenants but billing my card and I’m in a fraudelent contract.

When visiting my Dad from another stare I was listening in to his conversation to Fox Pest Control. My Dad is almost 90 years old and I’m always concerned when he’s on the phone. He was trying to cancel his service because he didn’t see the need to pay for bug spraying when he had no bugs. I took over the conversation in hopes to help my dad out and asked the rep if we could cancel. She said we had to fulfill the contract of 3 more months of service or pay a penalty. Well both those options were more than we wanted to pay. The rep said she could give us one month free but had to pay for two more and what was the reason we didn’t want service. I asked my dad how he got started with the service and he said a salesman came to the door and signed him up. Ah, that shined a new light on the subject. He never had a problem with bugs in the first place and was snookered into a pest control service. After explaining this to the rep she got the go ahead to stop the rest of the sprays for no penalty as long as I would written a review! So there you go, and thank you!

At 8:45 PM on a Wednesday night, a Fox employ came to our yard insisting on speaking to someone about the company and services. When I told him I wasn’t interested he continued to approach me. He could see that I was trying to get two children in bed and was not interested in the services. I felt uncomfortable with how I was spoken to and how he continued to come further up our driveway when I asked him to leave. This happen in a no soliciting neighborhood. I encouraged him to go to a new area and at a more appropriate time of day. He was rude and confrontational.
