This place is amazing. I will keep them forever. I have whether questionable neighbors so we will continue to treat our home so that we never have issues. We treat inside year round and outside spring-fall and we've only seen one spider in 2 years. I mean There's nothing. Not even and ant during the rainy season and we used to get bombarded by them.

We have a 60,000 sf facility in an urban area. One of the big name companies that we contracted for pest control just couldn't keep up with our requirements and we didn't appear to be a priority of theirs. We needed to change services (my boss found a mouse in her desk drawer) . I had been getting phone calls from a young lady named Amanda Jones about Black Diamond pest control. I'd never heard of them in the Greater Cincinnati area so there was some reluctance to go with a new-bee but she was very persistent and professional and agreed to come by and offer suggestions on how to improve the situation. I believe we've been with Amanda & Black Diamond for over 2 years now and they are just as responsive and concerned about our peace of mind as they were from day one. The techs are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The young man that services our building is an Iraq army combat vet. All the way around a fantastic organization. Also cheaper than the BIG company!
