Good service, fair price, quality people. We had our farm treated... house and two larger building. Everything going as planned; they show up on time when checking the baits. We found out that we had termites in a second house (getting ready to sell) and talked to them about servicing that house. Was told we'd get a discount because we were already customers. This was a medium house with a small double garage for traps. (first house & buildings large) They gave us a quote and we said go ahead and treat. Technician was on time and did quality work. After thinking about it, there wasn't really a discount (about $100 difference). I could have looked for someone more local and not been charged more for driving distance. All in all, there service is good, and I believe they'll follow thru with the guaranteed bait checks until there is no sign of termites.

Having experience with other pest control companies, the bar was set pretty low at the beginning. However, Patton was great. Beth had us scheduled the next day. The technician came out and pointed out all the signs and really gave us an understanding of what was going on before he began treating our home. We couldn't be more thankful. I have used Patton Termite and Pest since 2003 when we purchased a home and discovered carpenter ants. Thankfully the ants had just started nesting and no damage had occurred. There were also lots of brown recluse in and around the home, which was on a heavily wooded lot. They assured us they could kill the ants out completely, quickly, and reduce the spider population, if we kept them on a bimonthly basis, which was very affordable. They used products that were safe for children and pets, and left no odor. They told us to call in between the bimonthly treatments if we saw anything of concern, without charge. They kept their promise. The carpenter ants were killed promptly and we never had a recurrence. The recluse spiders became a thing of the past in just a few months. We had to call them a few times when there were water ants, after heavy rains, or if we seemed to see more spiders for various seasonal reasons. They always came over promptly and never charged us, and any pests were killed off before they had a chance to get ahead of us. The techs were always knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would never use anyone else. In the 13 yrs with Patton we have only had 3 different technicians. Grant Linsey is our current tech, and he is wonderful.

I had ants! A lot of them, all over my kitchen. Patton termite & pest came to my house the same day I called. Which is great because my wife wanted to stay at a hotel until all the ants were gone. All of the ants were gone that day. The guy was at my house about an hour, sprayed everywhere, inside and out. No funky smells and all the ants were all gone by the time my wife got home from work. Two thumbs up, 5 stars. They were fast, friendly, and affordable. They even called me two weeks later to make sure I hadn't seen any ants. If I ever need pest control again, I will call Patton.

After having just moved into a home that had been checked TWICE and cleared by another pest control company, we discovered that our den and backyard were infested with carpenter ants! A friend urged us to give Patton a try. They came out the next day to take care of the issue, and also helped with some preventative care around the property. Tim Dahl, the man who came out, was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly effective at his job. We haven't seen any live ants in the week since he's been out. My experience with Patton Termite and pest control has been very good! Was dealing with roaches and on top of that a mouse. I tried to get rid of them myself with no luck. Ryan came down for his first visit last week and within the next day you could tell the difference. The number of roaches dropped dramatically and the mouse has been lured back outside and has eaten some of the poison bait outside. Bottom line this was a terrific decision and I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Fair price and the results you need!

As a new homeowner in Wichita KS, my neighbor uses Patton Pest Control Co and Bret was their Tech. Bret was thorough in his briefing on services provided, how often he would come and what to expect. He listen to my concerns and assured me that he could take care of the visible and non-visible issues. He was able to complete the inside of my home and promised, although booked up, to be back to do the outside today or tomorrow when it stopped raining. I trust Bret to be back as my neighbor uses Patton Pest Control/Bret so it's not like I won't ever see him again! 8/22..... This is a follow up to Patton Termite &Pest Control review. I took advantage of their current promotion for termite control and monitoring since my property backs up to a large pond. Their technicians provided great service and explained what was going on and what to expect. All this for a very good price. I also got a follow-up phone call from Bret (my personal technician) insuring that I was on his schedule for completion of the initial service, just in case I didn’t receive a phone call from the office. You can’t beat the service provided by Patton Pest Control.

Service didn't get rid of fleas. We bombed our house twice before they came out. Cleaned and cleaned and cleaned then patton came out and fumigated or something. We still have been cleaning and cleaning and cleaning like crazy. Waste of money for us. Fleas are still everywhere.

called patton and got a estimate of 300.00 for pest control for squirrels in my attic. they treated my house for mice and rats and not what I called them for!! so they feed the raccoons and possums for two months outside with poison for mice. I even took pictures of the gigantic mice eating the poison. finally after two 1/2 months they said yes you have squirrel problems in the attic. and wanted another 300.00 to 400.00 to treat attic for squirrels which is what I told them to begin with. I told them where to stick it. this is a rip off company who does not know their business. suggest finding another more reliable company unless you want to throw away some money.

Use caution if you choose to use Patton. They may be good at killing bugs, but drive very poorly. Patton declined to repair my front quarter panel after their technician collided with my car backing out of the neighbor's driveway. Not happy with Patton's dishonest business practices!!! *************************************************************************** Mr. Patton, If you are confident your technician was not present at the same time as the parked vehicle you can make arrangements to view the report created from the footage of the camera located at the community pool, this camera is pointed toward the entranced of my Cul-de-sac. This report indicates the times when the 2 vehicles in question arrived and departed. I would be happy to provide you with the contact info for the HOA safety community. The Patton Technicians who conducted the internal investigation seemed like nice guys, however I suspect they have limited experience/training in accident investigation techniques, insurance adjustment, or auto body repair. I am disappointed your technicians left before the police arrived. I filed a police report, Since there were no injuries I was advised by the Wichita Police Department to contact the Insurance company to reach resolution. The West Bend Insurance company did not view the vehicle(They are in Wisconsin) They relied on information provided by 2 Pest Control Technicians employed by Patton to determine negligence. I suggest we meet at a body shop and consult with a professional to properly investigate the damage. You are welcome to include a representative from your insurance company. It is my opinion the bumper of the Patton truck fits perfectly into the damaged quarter panel of the vehicle that was parked on the street. I respectfully suggest you provide training to your employees to park on the side of the street, and avoid backing out of driveways if possible(I could not help but notice the topper on your service truck is impossible to see through)
