During the initial demo of our home remodeling project, we were horrified to find active termites. Our contractor called Everett Milberger Pest Control and they came to assess the situation within the hour! They performed an extensive and very detailed one-hour inspection (our house is very large) for free! They found multiple areas of extensive damage that the previous pest inspection company had not caught just six months ago when we bought the house. Rather than pressuring us into using their services, we were encouraged to contact the previous company to see if they would take care of the treatment. Larry was our inspector and was extremely informative, professional, and kind. We truly felt like he was looking out for our best interest and we plan to use Everett Milberger for regular pest treatment from now on!
