Was with them for about 15 years, first with bi-monthly standard pest service and the last 10 years with "Sentricon" to guard against termites. Always found the technicians in the field thorough, competent and friendly, though one sometimes had a promptness problem.
As with the Google reviewer above, however, my problem was with the front office, and today, with one more incident, I finally gave up myself. At least Betts helped in the Sentricon transfer to another provider, but I am still angry.
Over years and years: payments they couldn't find, or didn't submit correctly to the bank or credit card company until I complained. Or sending me a notice of changing Sentricon service in a big envelope with improper postage and no return address (causing me to drive 14 miles round trip and stand in a long line at the post office to pay 42 cents due) - the office staff too often reeked of incompetence.
One of my 'favorites' was when I dared to complain by sending them a 'FAX,' then them telling me they didn't get it before realizing they hadn't refilled their machine with paper! And when I complained of my problems, yeah, they sometimes said sorry, and even sent a small theatre or grocery gift card, but that notwithstanding I really truly feel the office staff didn't appreciate 15 years of steady business. If they had, this wouldn't have happened so much. There are other fish in the sea, people.
