They lied to me. They said that they would treat my carpet and house for fleas - they did not. They neglected to mention that I had to have EVERY SINGLE TINY SPEC OF TRASH PICKED UP OFF OF THE FLOOR in order for them to have my house treated for fleas. The worst part is that I called them after I had thought they were finished, and they said that it was completed. They lied to me and said it was completed when they did nothing, and they still charged me for the service. Then a week later I go back, and what do I find? Fleas. Trillions of them attaching themselves to my legs, to my clothes... I called them and asked them why the treatment didn't work, and then they suddenly became 'honest' and said that they hadn't done anything because there were a few pieces of trash on the floor. Yet they still charged me for the last time, and said that if I was going to have it done they would do it at no cost but they would need everything off of the floors. BETTS ARE LIARS, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

We recently had a cockroach scare (it ended up being an "waterbug", part of the roach family but not one of the fast reproducers), so we placed a call to have our house inspected. Before entering the home the gentleman introduced himself and explained what he would be doing. He looked at a picture of the insect, told me what it was, and checked my sticky traps and explained what we had caught with those. He then sprayed the house, in an efficient manner, inside and out. He was kind with our animals and answer all the questions I asked. Plus, compared to other companies we have worked with, the cost was lower. Another added benefit, he did not try to get us into a yearly contract. That was the best part! We will definitely be doing business with them again!

Very poor customer service. I had my house treated and never received a bill. I have numerous houses to take care of. The only call I received was a call saying it would be sent to collections. I think the call should have been to tell me I had an outstanding balance. I have since switched to schendel. Very hateful receptionist.

Contacted this company in August 2018 for an estimate to take over maintenance on my already installed termite control system at my residence. They advise me that they would not be able to give me a quote over the phone but would be more than happy to send a person out to give me an estimate. The estimate was higher than the two other company's that I received so I just threw it away. Today 2-15-19, I received a letter from a collections company wanting to recover a $50.00 fee for the estimate and interest. I not only was never told that an estimate would cost $50.00 but they also never called to even discuss the debt, they just sent it to collections. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.......

I admit I have never called Betts for pest control but I see this truck on several morning a week on my way to work. He's usually on his phone, speeding and weaving in/out if traffic. On the afternoon I took these pictures he aggressively weaved past myself (while on his phone) and other cars racing down Zoo Blvd. I was horrified, my heart racing as I sincerely thought he'd hit me. Then low and behold we both ended up at the stop light on Central at the same time. I could never in good conscience recommend a business with such little regards to others. -had submitted photos originally, have re-added them multiple times, not sure why Google is not showing them /approved them-

Was with them for about 15 years, first with bi-monthly standard pest service and the last 10 years with "Sentricon" to guard against termites. Always found the technicians in the field thorough, competent and friendly, though one sometimes had a promptness problem. As with the Google reviewer above, however, my problem was with the front office, and today, with one more incident, I finally gave up myself. At least Betts helped in the Sentricon transfer to another provider, but I am still angry. Over years and years: payments they couldn't find, or didn't submit correctly to the bank or credit card company until I complained. Or sending me a notice of changing Sentricon service in a big envelope with improper postage and no return address (causing me to drive 14 miles round trip and stand in a long line at the post office to pay 42 cents due) - the office staff too often reeked of incompetence. One of my 'favorites' was when I dared to complain by sending them a 'FAX,' then them telling me they didn't get it before realizing they hadn't refilled their machine with paper! And when I complained of my problems, yeah, they sometimes said sorry, and even sent a small theatre or grocery gift card, but that notwithstanding I really truly feel the office staff didn't appreciate 15 years of steady business. If they had, this wouldn't have happened so much. There are other fish in the sea, people.

Tech that came out was very nice. But ant problem is worse then it was before they sprayed. Called them and let them know that I still had a major ant issue, thinking they would come back out and respray, and I was told it was no longer under warranty, and if I wanted them to come back out it would be the full $120. I politely explained go the female employee who answered the phone that I had my house sprayed before I went into the hospital for a scheduled c section, and that I was in the hospital for the length of their "warranty, " and was just getting home. She told me that it didn't matter, it's outside their warranty and I'd need to pay the full amount if I wanted them to come back out. Let's see... you didn't resolve the problem the first time I paid you, why would I pay you another $120 to not resolve my problem again? Ended up going with another company who charged me $63, & and I haven't seen one ant since! Betts lack of customer service cost them this customer!

Started out great then our normal tech started his own business and his replacement was not friendly and his costumer service was horrible, was there for all of about 5 minutes, any concern we mentioned he ignored and said, " I'm sure it's fine the last tech knew what he was doing."...contract is up I'm out

Betts Pest control is a good company to go with. We used to have a bed bug issue in our apartment. They not only came out to my home to help me solve my problem of bed bugs, they did a follow up treatment at half the cost of my first treatment because i was super paranoid about the bed bugs coming back. They informed my about how i can get bed bugs and the steps that i can take to help prevent getting them again. The technician was GREAT, the service was GREAT. I really appreciate the service that I received from them. If you are looking for pest control services, i recommend them, 100%
