We have used this company for 10 years. But, we are done with them! They are going down hill! The technicians are friendly and helpful. This company is expensive! They charge a large up front cost per type of insect and tell you that they will only warranty each insect if you pay for each insect. For example if you want to treat ants, spiders and centipedes, they will charge a large up front fee for each insect and then warranty each one for up to three months. If you only pay the upfront charge of the ants and not the spiders and centipedes, they will not warranty the spiders and centipedes! They will return if necessary within the 3 month warranty, but not as often as you need them. When you call to schedule treatment, you cannot get on the schedule immediately. The scheduler has to call the technicians and get back to you. I have waited 24 hours to weeks before she got back to me! What is the point of her job if she cannot do the scheduling! We have decided to switch and go with another company.

Had need to call a pest control company and tried Certified Pest Control. Their technician Steve called before he came to give me a heads up and what time he would be at my house. He arrived right on time. Steve was extremely knowledgeable, very polite and answered every question I had for the pest I had. He used pest control products that would not harm my dogs and put everything back that he had to move. I highly recommend Certified Pest and will definitely call them back if I have any other need for pest control in the future. Great job Steve!
