Responsive, helpful, and informative. I have been a customer for about six years now and have never had a negative experience of any sort. Their prices are competitive yet very fair. Their employees are courteous and honest people. It's nice to see a business that hasn't lost their values. Absolutely recommend them.

I have never encountered a more unprofessional company. I scheduled an appointment to take care of yellow jackets that made a nest on my home. l then decided to call a few other places to make sure the price quoted was appropriate. During these calls I heard some information about yellow jackets that made me want more information about this company's services. I called back and told them about the info I heard from the other companies. The man I spoke to inquired into whether I called the other company before or after I spoke to him. When I told him after, he proceeded to berate and insult me for calling other companies. He told me that since I'm the "type of person" that allows myself to be scared by what other companies say then I need to call them back and make an appointment with them. He said he would not help me and that he was 'exercising his right to cancel my appointment.' I was totally shocked and insulted by this man's behavior. I would strongly recommend against using this person and his company to assist you in any manner. He was rude, unprofessional, and generally mean.

This place was great. I just wanted to know what my home needed in terms of pest treatments so I called Pest Control of Indianapolis and scheduled a pest inspection. They were punctual and professional and told me exactly what I needed which could be handled with a general pest treatment. Didn't take long at all and the cost was reasonable. Great exterminator services here. Highly recommend.

Our technician was very helpful with finding out the problem. He explained how he would solve the problem in a step-by-step process. I love how he was very on top of things and wanted to inform us of his plan of action. He also seemed very concerned about the safety of my dogs with the chemicals and all.
