I just tried calling this company to have them do an inspection of my home for extermination. My reception was poor when I called, and immediately, the worker started cursing at me, saying, "If you can't call like a normal person, don't ****ing calling me." This is incredibly unprofessional, and with so many options to choose from for pest control services, I will not be using Parks Pest Control.

I can not say enough good things about Todd from Parks Pest Control. He went way above and beyond what I expected to remove a giant and quite pasty raccoon living in my crawl space. He was always polite and professional. I would call them again in a minute but hope I never have the need. I would give them an A+
