We signed up for this service 1 1/2 years ago for $109.00 and added mole service for $20.00 more! They have basically been coming while we are at work..... until last week! When he came to the door last week I asked Him to be sure to treat for moles! He came back later stating that although what we are paying indicates that we are paying for mole service it is not on our contract..... So for a year and a half we have been paying for something that we are not getting!! I immediately called and spoke to Isaac who told me that although it looks like you are paying for it it is not on our contract... that it wasn’t written up correctly.... he then transfers me to Thaddeus who I explained the situation to...he left and when he came back on the phone stated the $129.00 we were paying is for the basic service but going forward would include the mole service free of charge! I basically thanked him for his time after he repeatedly apologized.... I said this is no fault of his own but THIS is just not good business... it is deceitful! We cancelled the service in the spot which Thaddeus took care of immediately! Then looking at the job that was performed....the de webbing was not completed leaving webs on one side of our house an bugs still alive in that area.

COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED!! I CALLED MONDAY 3/19 AND SPOKE TO ALEX IN SALES, WHO SCHEDULED ME FOR A 3/21 APPMNT. NOT ONLY DID A TECHNICIAN NOT SHOW UP, I COULD NOT EVEN REACH SOMEONE TO HELP ME. Thankfully the second time to interact with this company went better than the first. A re-treatment was necessary, which was not a surprise since we bought a house which had been vacant for several months. The CSR I spoke with was very friendly and accommodating and when I shared briefly how terrible my initial experience had been with Insight she was very sympathetic. Our technician was scheduled for a two hour block, which seems much more reasonable than a specific time, and he arrived smack in the middle of the window! We'll see how subsequent treatments are handled. I'm cautiously optimistic. ******************I would like to share my disappointment with the customer service we've received from your company. Our initially scheduled appointment was for 4:00 last Tuesday, May 29. My husband took off work early to be there. No one EVER showed up although we saw Insight trucks drive past several times. My husband and I both called to find out what the problem was and it was days before our calls were returned. Then, someone called stating they understood we wanted to reschedule. NO ONE SHOWED UP. That is not "rescheduling". Our sales rep finally called many days later and after once again sharing that her company was a no-show for our initial treatment, she offered the first apology. She assured me our rescheduled appointment for Monday June 3 at 5:00 p.m. would be kept. At 6:38 p.m. I heard my doorbell and the tech finally arrived. Jordan was a very nice young man and apologized for his being so late. I asked if it was the company's policy to not notify customers when the technician would be late and he indicated that he had in fact called his office asking someone to call us. NO ONE CALLED US. This is a very sketchy way to do business. Is there anyone at your company who understands the concept of doing what you say you will do? Based on your performance so far, we don't expect your pest treatment to be any more effective than your treatment of us.

They do about twice as much as my previous company and they were actually able to get rid of my spiders and the moles we had damaging our yard. I have been with insight for 3 years now and decided to write this review because they have always done a good job and provided great customer service. There has been once or twice over the last 3 years when the ants have popped back up, usually after we put in our new mulch. When that happened I called into the offices and insight scheduled me for a free retreatmemt. After that we didn’t see the ants come back. Great company and great service.

I was with someone for 5 years. I kept seeing the ants and the wasps coming back. Insight stopped by they flushed out my wall voids. They also cleaned up my eaves and also granulated my yard. I haven't seen them since I have been with them. Love it!!

They’re now sending me to collections because I terminated my contract too soon even though I was not happy with the service. It’s a very shady company and I would not recommend them.

I scheduled my appointment based on the reviews and the original phone call I made to this business. The gentleman assured me that the tech would do a full inspection of both my interior and exterior to try and establish the entry point for the mice problem we were having. Outside of shoving some steel wool in a couple of places, setting down two traps, and doing a sub par job of cleaning up droppings nothing else was done. I paid $200 to do what we could have done ourselves for less than $50. After we did our own inspection afterwards we found several more places were droppings existed, two possible entry points that were never addressed, and over 10 areas where steel wool should have been applied if the entry point they guessed would have been accurate. After finding more droppings a week later I called to let them know because they assured me that the 30 day guarantee would be used if a problem still existed. The less than charming attitude from the woman I spoke with who basically told me that what I was originally told was not actually what they do, even though I asked about those things in detail on my original phone call, begrudgingly setup a second appointment for them to come out and recheck. She made sure to give me the disclaimer that they wouldn't be doing much of what should have originally been done. We were less than impressed and would recommend using a different company for your mice problem. Maybe they're good at bugs.

Horrible service from insight. Who and why would someone rate this horrible company 5 stars. All fake reviews. Unfortunately was stuck in a contract for $129 quarterly for 1 year. They would call you 1-2 days ahead of time and leave a voicemail. On the day they wouldnt even tell you, but spray outside and leave. They havent bothered to touch the cobwebs and spiders inside the garage For 1 whole year, which is part of the contract. The onus is on us to call them (their phones are usually busy around 5pm when we get free). Just making money off us by doing subpar work, and now ants and spiders have come back in our house. Told the solicitor roaming in our neighborhood to have insight contact us, still no response from their company. They promise more deliver little. Find someone else.

Had another company for 2 years and still had activity. Insight stopped by my house about a year ago and I decided to sign up. Since then, the activity has decreased dramatically. I also had a ant issue in March and Insight came out promptly to retreat our home. The technicians are very professional and I love that they use safe products too, its been safe for our kids which removes concerns about having products around the house. A couple weeks ago Insight accidently double charged me, I was pretty frustrated as we have been with them for a while now. They have always provided a great quality service and have done a great job keeping the ants, spiders, and stinkbugs out of our house but after the double charge we weren't too happy. I called in and they said they would look into it. I wrote my review with a one star because it wasn't taken care of immediately. 2 days later, I got a call from Insight manager apologizing for the mix up and not only did they refund me but they gave me $20 credit for the mistake. I cant help but value not only the service Insight provides, but now also the quality of customer service! We will definitely be sticking with Insight for while!

IF ONLY I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. Absolute scam all around from sales people and any customer service rep you talk to. They tell you one thing, but their contract says another. I will be reporting my issues to the BBB. UPDATE: After reading all the negative reviews I realized how similar their stories were to mine. Any 5 star is probably their employees. Such a shame. **Update** the company did reach out to me and let me terminate without cancellation fees after I was reached out by someone up in corporate. Was billed for multiple treatments even though I never received them. Setup a service call for a Saturday and that Saturday I saw them treating my neighbor’s house. They’re now sending me to collections because I terminated my contract too soon even though I was not happy with the service. It’s a very shady company and I would not recommend them.

Horrible service from insight. Who and why would someone rate this horrible company 5 stars. All fake reviews. Unfortunately was stuck in a contract for $129 quarterly for 1 year. They would call you 1-2 days ahead of time and leave a voicemail. On the day they wouldnt even tell you, but spray outside and leave. They havent bothered to touch the cobwebs and spiders inside the garage For 1 whole year, which is part of the contract. The onus is on us to call them (their phones are usually busy around 5pm when we get free). Just making money off us by doing subpar work, and now ants and spiders have come back in our house. Told the solicitor roaming in our neighborhood to have insight contact us, still no response from their company. They promise more deliver little. Find someone else.

A couple weeks ago Insight accidently double charged me, I was pretty frustrated as we have been with them for a while now. I called in and they said they would look into it. I just had the second service done and I am so impressed. The technicians were extremely professional each time and detail oriented when treating my home. My front porch has a high ceiling and I have always gotten spiders and wasps up in the corners. The technician cleaned it up for me and treated it and now it’s looks super clean and nice. They even came out in between our two services for free when I saw some new wasps in the back. After the they haven’t come back. We have been with Insight for a couple of years now and one thing that I have found very helpful about this company is the customer service. They came out to treat our home a few weeks ago for the regular stuff but just last week we started seeing some spider mites, (which we have never seen before), in the yard and on the driveway. This company is very misleading, i would go ahead and choose someone else before you sign their pathetic contract. My friend just used them and they told her she had to sign a contract. which she did. She wanted to cancel her contract because every time they come they dont get everything killed. she first was told they were spraying for fleas the first visit and then saw no fleas were gone. she then called and asked for a second visit to her home they then told her the first time was a prep with no flea solution so they needed to charge her for them to come back. They came back three time with fleas still in the house. She called the front desk to cancel the contract which only way you can is by having the 4 visits which she had done. the lady argued with her on the phone that she had one had three and the only way to cancel would to be charged. She was also told by the workers who came who were in full mask gear that she needed to leave the house for at least three hours. the lady on the phone kept lying to her saying that she could have stayed there with her 3 month old baby, Cat and family. which would have done harm since the workers are in head to toe gear and asked her to leave. they have no solutions and no customer appreciation. i would NEVER suggest this company to anyone i know. find another one, not worth you time or money.

I was approached by 2 young men at my front door and given a quote. They then said I could add a service to help with my pets for an additional price but that if I wanted to remove it later I could. I have now received 2 treatments (The first time she showed up and it was raining) and have not noticed any difference in a decrease of spiders and webs. I have called the office multiple times to discontinue the additional service and I am told I cannot. So then I ask to speak to a manager and they will not allow that either. I have told them multiple times I am unhappy with my service but in order to quit service I have to pay 100's of dollars because I have a 1 year lease. I am so unhappy with the customer service. They are overpriced and terrible customer service!!

Maybe your employees should learn how to read a "no soliciting sign" in a neighborhood instead of just assuming people in a rich neighborhood are going to use your toxic chemicals on their yards just because you came and bothered them on their front doorsteps. You're lucky I don't have the time to call the police about your illegal door to door activities. EDIT: Also, you all must think it's hilarious to break the law. I informed the solicitor from your company what she was doing was against the law, then saw her later on still going around my neighborhood. She looked at me then looked back at her phone with a smug laugh.
