I wish there were more stars to post. They are hands down the most honest, effective, and affordable option out there. We had a terrible wasp problem in and out of our home for over 2 years. We started with Orkin, they diagnosed my problem over the phone. You heard right, over the phone and in under 2 minutes. They recommended a contract at a high dollar amount which locked me in for a year with no guarantees. Obviously we declined. We then looked to Terminix who at least sent out a tech. The tech sprayed, put us on a 6 week frequency of visits and said he fixed our problems. Well the problems got worse. His actions drove the wasp activity inside my home. A year into this scam we pulled the plug on them. Not only were they ineffective, they LIED like no other. I told the tech most of the activity was around the chimney and he should examine the chimney for entry points. He never checked or treated and kept saying he would do that on the next visit. We told corporate we didnt want that tech any more. They promised to send someone else and continue to send the same incompetent tech. Later we found out he was a recovering alcoholic with sex addiction and porn habits. You may ask how we found this out. Well our tech TOLD MY WIFE who was home alone at the time of his unscheduled visit. Needless to say Terminix was told to hit the bricks. When we halfheartedly and hopelessly called Indiana Pest Control, they sent over Brian the same day. Literally 2 hours after i made the call I had a tech come over to examine and come up with a plan. Brian pent more time examining and explaining before any cash changed hands than all the time spent by terminix in over a year of service. Brian found 2 entry points on my roof that were allowing these wasps to use my walls as a breeding and nesting area. Brian treated all of the likely routes of entry, filled my bait boxes outside to prevent mice, did an interior treatment and guaranteed the work. I signed a quarterly treatment contract at his recommendation. Well it has been the first wasp free summer we have had in over 3 years. There are zero wasps in my house and the wasps numbers outside have declined to almost nonexistent. This is the first time in 3 years i can use my deck, grill, and enjoy my home inside and out. If Brian is a representation of all Indiana Pest Control techs, then this is the best company to deal with period. I will be a customer for life with service like this. THANKS FOR GIVING US A GREAT SUMMER BRIAN!!!!

It rained, the service was canceled NOT rescheduled, I was placed at the back of the line...and they never came out because the rescheduling was not done properly by the staff. I am never giving these guys another try. It has been about a month living with spiders and ants because they didn’t do what they claimed their service does. I called Orkin today and they are coming out today...and not 2 weeks from now - never.
