This very bad place do businesses with how can pest control tell you what you can't can do in your own home my bedroom is my place privacy if don't want them in my bedroom they should respect that top all off got bring maintenance with them even no you let pest control people in I pay rent how they going tell me what can't can not like go in there home tell them what they can't do people should have right to privacy but way bring maintenance with can like we going do something to them but they want treat me like prisoner in own home tell how blow noise whip ass because want go in bedroom be noise take inventory this was every and experience hope no every go thru what had go thur

Hoosier Pest Control treated a house I am renting. The tech was on time and I no longer have the ants in my kitchen. I would recommend them to others

Quarterly Service was to be confirmed in advance due to locked gate (per our agreement) which also prints on service tickets for technicians info. We have inground pool and need to keep gate closed and locked as well as a dog that may be outside. However, technician came without notice and supposedly treated front of house but we were billed for entire perimeter. Office refused to adjust bill because I didn't notify them in a timely manner. As a small business owner, I feel it is unethical to bill a customer for incomplete services. A partial (if that was truly the case) perimeter pest control application makes no sense and to expect a customer to pay for incomplete service or not return to finish is bad business.

HORRIBLE SERVICE-they must water down their products to increase profits..not on time...left a mess in every room they went into. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL...SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CALL BLACK DIAMOND PEST CONTROL. Please do not call the office and speak to April or AJ Meeks the owner about your concerns as she is RUDE-HATEFUL AND HAS A FOUL MOUTH and could care less about your concerns! She is obviously better than everyone else and clearly thinks customers grow on trees. If you read the Google Reviews she has no problem posting bogus 5 star reviews on her own website with her other family members named Meeks to attempt to hide all of the bad ones!!
