When they see a concern, they call me and they have always notified me in advance of treatments. Service is four star and I am happy to have them as my provider for pest control.

One of the worst companies I've ever delt with. Very rude front office representatives. Don't waste your time or money. Bugs are still getting into my house. Just worried about the money more than providing good service. Representative (who wouldn't tell me the name) was very rude because I requested to be preset during sessions, which I thought we had a verbal agreement about. Failed to accommodate me, and when I tried to cancel became very hostel. Feels like a bait and switch company. There are much better providers, I would never recommend this company.

Several services and no change in amount of bugs we have seen. Now trying to force me to pay for pesticide on my yard in January. My yard is FROZEN for crying out loud. Beware - they are smooth talkers and push contracts at you. Do not sign anything with this company. I wish I would have read some of these reviews before doing business with them. Also I called Bayer because these are the products they claim to use. I was told they only recommend using their products from spring to fall when temps are above freezing. I now question if these people are purposefully misleading the public.

SCAM! I signed a piece of paper that said they would get rid of the moles in my backyard. Then they would come back a month later to make sure they were gone. At that time there were 4 mole holes. After two services and a terrible winter there are now 14 mole holes. I called to cancel any further treatments as it is fairly obvious they were coming out to my house and feeding the moles and/or dropping additional moles in the additional holes they created! Then I was told I could cancel for 79 dollars or have three more treatments at 50 bucks apiece! I said "if my math is right, after three more treatments I should have between 50-100 holes in my yard." So I cancelled. Lesson learned......Wise people learn from the mistakes of others....Fools learn from their own. BE WISE!!! Pics of yard to follow under different name.

I called 9-10 times to talk to the manager to pay my bill but all they say is he’s busy at the moment and will give me a call back. We have had to call Hawx to come retreat our property 3 times within a month of signing up. They have treated the inside and the next day (literally) we had a field of ants trecking through our living room. They have come out and "applied" the exterior ground-based product and there are ants literally right outside our front door. STAY AWAY. This is our 1 and only experience with a pest control company and it has been a harbage experience. If I could rate no stars I absolutely would. Asked for them to cancel our contract because after 3 treatments in a month their product simply doesn't work - said they were ok with us leaving a poor review but we would have to continue to pay for a terrible service and product. Do not get sucked in by their "deals" or "discounts" they offer. They are terrible.

We canceled Hawx Pest Control service because of a competitive bid from another pest control company. We stated at that time that we may come back to Hawx if we're not pleased with the new pest control company. Hawx has now sent a team out 5 different times to do a treatment for us LONG AFTER WE MOVED ON to the new company . "Service" has now turned into harassment, in my opinion.

This company is a scam!! They don't take no for an answer and when you finally agree to let them do services for $20 so the salesman can "make a sale for the day", then they wait a few months and charge you $225 for "quarterly services" you didn't know you had agreed to or signed up for. Sales strategy is to mislead and lie to customers to get them to agree to a service contract. They also do not have a solicitor permit for our neighborhood yet they solicit anyway. They are so bad the neighborhood is warned and told to call the non-emergency line to report them. DO NOT use them unless you want to throw money away for a "cancellation fee" to cancel services you didn't sign up for.

What an awful business. This guy comes to our door, trying to sell 4 mosquito treatments for 150 dollars a shot... no, that is too much. He didn't plan on leaving until he sold something so he lowered the price to 2 shots for 140 dollars, he marked out the four shots, and 150 dollars per shot, and initialed. After the two treatments my husband and I didn't see the desired results. After calling them to make sure they didn't return it took a month and six phone calls to finally reach someone capable of stopping the service. This person was very uncaring of the situation and advice us that to discontinue the service we would be charged an additional 200 dollars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

I singed a-one-time service with a guy named Wade on 7/19/19 for $25, he promised to come the next day but never did. I was shocked to receive a bill of $114.76 on 10/2/19. I called and spoke with a guy named Jackson to lodge a complaint and cancel whatever fake services they go around deceving people with, all I got in return was an email stating that my bill has jumped from $114.76 to $340.10 within a twinkling of a eye. They have threatened to report to credit bureau.... .. I'm waiting...

Very unsatisfied by Hawx and would not recommend them to anyone. The staff was very nice but on several occasions I would call to reschedule because I got forced to go to work, but their tech would show up hours later anyway and then claim the service was done even though the service was to come inside and spray. No one was home so I know for certain that they weren't able to come in and spray. I signed a contract and couldn't get out of it so I continued to pay for services I never received. On two occasions their techs showed up to spray for mosquito's, once there was still snow on the ground and the other time it was the beginning of October and it was cold outside. I had even talked to someone in the office a few days before that and explained that I didn't want them coming out because it was pointless with the current temps. I got a text telling me that they would be at my house the next day, and I wasn't able to call them that day because I was at work and not able to take a break to call, and their tech had showed up at my house before I was able to take a break the next morning to call to confirm the cancel. The very first time a tech came into the house to spray, we found spiders in the bathroom just a few days later so they came back to spray again and the tech walked in, pulled the trigger on his can once to spray a corner of the bathroom and then wished us a good day and left. Friendliness of the staff was never an issue but work ethic was a big problem for me. I was very thankful that my contract was over and I can assure you I will not be contacting them again and will not recommend to any of my friends or neighbors.

Dont waste your time. Extremely poor customer service. Dishonest billing practices. Tech came out to aerate and seed...without any seed. Had to schedule a second appt to complete the service. Refused to honor the referral credit promised for recommending them to my neighbor. And then charged us a late fee for non payment while we were actively communicating with the billing department in an attempt to reach a resolution. Could have had a customer for life, instead I'll be reporting you to the BBB and securing routine service from a more reputable company.

Hawx failed us on multiple levels. First, they promised to treat both for wasps and mosquitos. The two wasp treatments never worked and they "forgot to bring the mosquito equipment" both times. After trying to cancel, they insisted on forcing us to pay $289. For nothing. I cannot think of a time I've been more dissatisfied.

When they come to your door, they ask if you'd like to sign up for ONE appointment. They give you a single piece of paper to sign, outlining the details of the single, one-time payment and treatment. No more written information is given. They verbally offer you more information about subsequent treatments, costs, and what they recommend for seasonal pest services. The information was nice, but the "contract" we signed was specifically for a one time treatment. (Which did absolutely nothing, and quite frankly, I think they were just spraying plain water in our yard lol) A few months later, we notice another, additional charge on our account from Hawx. Apparently, they used our credit card info to fraudulently sign us up for a years worth of services that we never agreed to. Furthermore, they had the audacity to lie to us, telling us we had signed a year-long contract and if we wished to cancel our services, it would cost us $200. So, it looks like what they did was take our signature and attach it to some "contract" that we never saw nor agreed to. That doesn't make a binding contract, guys! Lucky, we reported the fraud, and we are not legally required to pay them a penny. Oh, and they will threaten to send you to collections if you don't pay, as a scare tactic. They legally can't, because there are no legally binding contracts involved. So don't worry. Just call your bank and tell them to deny the payments. (We did pay for our first treatment, because we actually signed for it and we decided to be nice, but that's it. They're lucky they even got that.) Hawx Pest Services is a known scam- don't let them trick you!

I have read the reviews, and realize that the same issued are repeated. I too signed and was told I was paying one price, but was charged another. To their credit they did give me a discount. Now when I wanted to cancel my service, because I felt the service wasn't working and the litterally showed up to clean off the spider webs in the fall. I was told there would be a cancellation fee. Now about they service.... They sprayed outside, and it seemed that the insects returned in force, not that many seen in the house before, now they being seen more frequently. The winter service? please explain..... I can not wait for my last service so I can be done....

Ya'll have been here 5 times and I just killed a hoard of some sort of flying ants and 3 spiders. I took a picture of them as proof but cant seem to upload it. I tried cancelling because it wasn't working and making my dogs sick. I was re-assured that it is pet friendly the day after you were here my youngest dog was throwing up and my 14 year old dog was barely willing to move and refused to eat it took 2 days for them to get back to normal. I’ve been a customer of Hawx for over a year now and I’m so happy with there service. I get the quarterly bug treatment as well as the mosquito treatment. They always send an email alerting me to an upcoming service appointment (usually 48 hours prior to the visit) and then another when the service has been completed. It’s great that I don’t have to be home when they do the exterior and if it’s an interior treatment the advanced notice of the appointment allows me to adjust my schedule to make it fit. You know the work has been done if you’re not home because the email after completion contains pictures of the exterior of your house. Since signing up with Hawx there has been a noticeable reduction of indoor pests i.e. spiders, ants, silver fish, etc. so noticeable that I rarely see any pests inside. The mosquito treatment has helped reduce the amount of mosquitos in my backyard. Before Hawx, we couldn’t go outside after dark without lighting several citronella candles and covering ourselves in 90% deet bug spray. After Hawx, we can hang out in the backyard at night with just one candle and/or a light spraying of 25% deet bug spray. I highly recommend Hawx services to anyone that has issues with bugs in the house as well as anyone that can’t enjoy the summer outside because of mosquito bites. I have multiple gardens, two dogs, a cat and chickens and the Hawx service pros are absolutely conscious of them and avoid doing anything that might hurt them. I’ve never had an issue with any of the Hawx products damaging my fruits/vegetables or pets. Hawx pest control is a must for any and all homeowners that want to rid themselves of bugs and pests.

where do I even begin?! first of all...do hair out of my home..had literally ten minutes while a client was under dryer. go outside to check my mail..got solicited by a very pushy salesman who wouldn't take no for an answer. Thought tax write off initially..I'll give it a try...sales guy said they needed me to sign a paper. When I asked what it was for he said that it was just to give them permission to be on my property. After initial service, told them I no longer wanted their services. Then was informed that the paper I signed was a contract! They lied to me in a matter of ten minutes! said unfortunately I signed a contract and was contracted for services. Been dealing w them for a year now, nonstop harassing and calling my business number twenty times a day! When they come..not here even ten minutes. yet, I have ants everywhere in my house. bugs aren't gone! Service sucks, customer service sucks, and get harassed like hell on top of it all! THESE PEOPLE HAVE NOOOOO BUSINESS RUNNING THIS BUSINESS! NEEDS SHUT D.O.W.N.! Now that I've found numerous complaints of Facebook and the internet after feeling alone..I'm not! Many people in my situation. I'll be contacting the better business bureau also! You people should be ashamed of yourselves! D.I.S.H.O.N.E.S.T. CROOKS!

Unprofessional and horrible customer service. List of issues causing me to cancel: not wearing uniforms on 2 of 4 services, one tech (not wearing a uniform) hit on my wife in our home while she was by herself, driving a destroyed van, never once received the promised 30 minute call ahead even after multiple requests for it, the mosquito sprayer pack was "inoperable" during every visit so we never received that promised treatment, and they called weeks after each service to collect payment despite my several requests to charge my card on file after each service, which is written in their service agreement. They even charged me a late fee one time after I missed their call. After the last "service" they called to collect payment and I explained that we were not there to let them in for the service because they did not perform the 30 minute call ahead and their was not a scheduled time window, just a date. I explained the problems listed above, told them we didn't want them at our house anymore, and to cancel the services. They told me they would be sending me straight to collections for $150 because I am cancelling a contract. I told them the contract is void due to their inability to properly service it. They didn't care and repeated that collections would be reaching out. Reporting to BBB and seeking legal advice.
