Very professional, fast, courteous and reasonable. I called a few places and checked pricing before deciding to let Guardian Pest Control stop by. Guardian came out the next morning gave a great quote and removed a large hornet nest from above our driveway right then and there. The technician was in and out. He took time to explain what precautions needed to be taken with family and pets. Great price! Loved the customer service.

When I first started service, there was an issue with communication between my landlady & Guardian & I. Guardian made sure I was satisfied as the tenant before anything, the manager called me & asked me how he could help & fix things..they came out & made sure I was happy by taking care of business & my technition TIM was awesome he made sure everything was sprayed correctly & told us everything we needed to know he didn't rush things he took his time & explained it all to us & we felt respected. I felt extremely appreciated by GUARDIAN & I am greatly thankful for their service!

I was greeted over the phone by Christine, she was very polite and although she couldn't give me any real pertinent information and referred me to a tech for all of that - she did set me an appointment. My appointment was with Mike, who was an awesome guy, friendly, honest, and cordial. He did the inside of the house and due to forecasted rain he offered to come back in a day or two to do the outside because I wanted it to be effective (for $200.00 on ant spray - they better not have to come back to re-treat lol!) Hoping it was a thorough job as he came when we were all asleep to do the perimeter. All in all - I am pleased with Guardian thus far and reccomend them.

Guardian Pest Control is always reliable and affordable. We had them out for service about 6 different times over the years for mice, spiders, fruit flies and wasps. We always were pest free after they serviced our home. Techs are always professional and very friendly.

We had yellow jackets entering a crack in the brick above our front door. We needed to get this taken care of as soon as possible so the tuckpointers could start work on our home. We called on Saturday and Mike was at our home on Monday morning at 9 am to give us an estimate. He quoted us a price of $150, which appeared to be well within range of what other companies were charging, and said he could do the job right then as it would only take a few minutes. He "dusted" the entire crack, not just where the wasps were entering. As of the following day, we have not yet seen any wasps entering or exiting the nest even though he said it might take ten to eleven days for them to be completely killed off because of hatching larva still inside the nest. Well worth the money and came with a 30 day guarantee. Other big pest control companies wanted a one year contract!

I came home on Saturday afternoon to hear something scratching in my chimney. I called multiple companies, many of which would not even answer, and was unable to find anyone to help me. This morning, I called Guardian around 8:30 a.m. They said they were booked up, but would try to help me since I had taken the day off of work to rectify the problem. They were able to get a technician to me by 1 p.m. he was very professional and worked quickly. He removed the bird from the chimney and proceeded to the roof where he found the hole and sealed it with new wiring. If you need any help with Pest Control call Guardian!

I wish they would have gotten rid of my problem. They let me know that the poison they were spraying was safe but it harmed my dogs and also didn't work that well. I was forced to use Command and call KIA Pest Control.

We had these people come out to treat our house for bedbugs and in my opinion it was a ripoff. They charged us $600 and all they did was spray some product around the baseboards of our house and spray our bed frame. They didn't provide any bed encasements in that price. They charge for every visit they make when other companies include multiple visits in their initial price. I believe the product they used was ineffective because we have seen the same amount of bedbugs since they visited. Other companies use steam or tons of other things to get rid of bugs and all these people did was spray some stuff.

First, the website says free inspection, which apparently is not available at my location. The (not friendly) scheduler explained that it is an $85 fee, which would apply to the removal, which was fine. But then she went on to say that if the area is not accessible (and it's likely not) they might not be able to help at all, in which case they would just waste my time and money. I got great help from this company last year, but now apparently they aren't very capable--or so her attitude suggests

When we moved into our new home we discovered we had many little sugar ants. Guardian came out to spray and bait for a one time fee of 200.00, to be followed by 60.00 a month. I was told the service was guaranteed and my ants would be gone. After the first 10 days I had more ants than before. They came out to re-spray 15 days after the initial spray. Again I waited the 10 days they require and yes I still had ants. (and lots of them) Guardian agreed to come out and spray again. By this time is was day 31. The tech said I needed to pay 60 more dollars because it was past the 30 day mark. What??? The ants were never taken care of in the first place. I canceled the service and then started getting phone calls that I owed the 60.00. I refused. They then charged my credit card the 60.00 without my authorization. (I had used my credit card to pay the initial 200.00). Be careful everyone. Their guarantee is not upheld. Very poor run company.

I live in Highland Indiana and we had carpenter ants in our house. I used Guardian Pest Control before so I called them for help. Michael Taylor of Guardian Pest Control came out to spray for us and did an absolutely fantastic job! He was very thorough and answered all my questions and really provided fantastic service. Plus, their prices were cheaper than several other companies I called for the same service. I would definitely use them again!

My first experiance using Guardian Pest Control was to spray unwanted insects indside and outside my home. The second time I needed them was for bats in my attic. Dan was literally at my house within a half hour after I called to see what the situation was and came back the next day to install the bat doors. He explained everything very clearly so I knew the process and what I was dealing with. I would definitely reccomend Guardian Pest Control!

I was having ants in my kitchen and I called Guardian Pest Control and they were able to come out the same day! They were fair on price and treated the same day! I needed to get this taken care of because the family was coming for mother's day so I am very happy no ants will be in our food!

The person that came out was Chris Costello and he was here because i had birds that poked holes in my siding and ultimately built a next in the hole. i closed it up without realizing the birds were still alive in there. He saved the birds and was extremely professional and courteous

Called Guardian Pest Control to help me out with bugs in my basement on 5/2/18. They were able to come out right away and were able to accommodate me with an appointment later in the day after work at 6 PM. They treated the same day, and the price was reasonable. I also loved that they don't make you sign a year long contract that obligates you to further treatments. So far the treatment has worked very well, and I highly recommend these guys!

Two jobs he did stand out to me. One was a property was left with roaches, and another was left with fleas in the carpeting. He took care of both jobs very, very well. They called promptly Monday morning - came out - set trap - came Tuesday no raccoon-Wednesday raccoon trapped - phones were down and I panicked - but emailed and was assure they would be there. Carl is THE best. When nobody else could pinpoint and fix the problem, he was the one that did. I always request him and he ALWAYS does a fantastic job. Bug bomb your crawl space if the problem persists. Carl’s suggestion and action is what sealed the deal in getting rid of my bugs. I can’t be the only one who got a good job done, and I wish people would take the time to write good reviews instead of only reviewing the bad. Way to go guardian.
