Were walking door to door trying to get people to buy their service. After I told him I wasn't interested he acted as if I didn't even say anything and continued trying to sell to me. We already have a pest service come to our house so I didn't need another one. I'd never choose this company though. If I say no thank you, then please leave it at that. Before they control my pests they need to control their own (salesmen).

Great service. When other companies are charging for mosquito control, Greenix is doing it as a regular service. The serviceman stopped after the service and explained what he found, what he didn't find and what he did. Extremely helpful, informative and courteous.

Please spare yourself and do NOT use these people. I am not sure how these people on here before me are giving these kinds of reviews? Are they paying you? We didn't have a bug problem because we have always kept our house on a quarterly maintenance. After these people sprayed, we have ants and bugs everywhere? They said they get stirred up after they spray and we need to give it time. It's been a couple weeks and they have NOT settled down. Not sure how bugs show up when we didn't have a bug problem to begin with. Now they don't seem to really care because we are at their mercy for a second treatment. Save yourself the hassle and just don't talk to them or use them now or ever.

We've had a very positive experience with Greenix. All of our technicians have been very thorough. One sent my husband several photos of problem areas that he treated, and another went above and beyond by bringing our trash cans from the street to our garage.

I called Greenix because I had an ant problem I set up a contract and the technician came out. Very nice but I noticed that he did nothing inside and I’m not sure what he did outside I gave it some time and continued to see ants so I called again. I let the technician know where I was still seeing ants inside and out. He literally squirted something down the sink drain but went nowhere else inside. He told his helper to spray the perimeter of the house Waited some more and called again. Was specific about the outside area. Inside there was some reduction of ants I was not home so I wanted the pool/patio and perimeter and walls of the house treated Waited but continued to be bothered by streams of ants I called to cancel and was told that I had a 12 month contract that I would be held to. I contacted the home office after the person who said he was the Indianapolis Manager said he would get someone out that same day. Received a text at 11 telling me that a technician would be out within the hour. No one showed up or called I called the company the following week and was told that my contract had been cancelled This company is unprofessional in their Managers and the technician seems to do the very least in order to say the made a visit If you don’t live up to your end of the contract then it should be voided. Don’t threaten me that you will hold me to the year If a can of Raid gets rid of some ants we don’t need Greenix. There are too many other pest control companies who hopefully want to grow their business

This is fraud. they try to pay you $20 to give 5 star review and that is how they have the rating that they have. They told that the follow up treatment is free but you end up seeing charged. It is better to get bug be gone or some insecticides yourself then to hire them.

Very unhappy with greenix. Their salespeople are so rude. Yesterday a boy came to my house and knocked 5 different times ringing the doorbell each time. Finally I opened the door and as soon as I told him I wasn’t interested he kept going. That happened 4-5 times before I closed the door. Then he just walked through my yard instead of using the sidewalk.

One of your door to door solicitors came in my garage and stole one of my milwaukee tools. I am absolutely livid!!!!! Our neighborhood is posted no soliciting!!!! I want that tool back and i want that punk's name!!!! Update: this guy never called back. If you see them canvassing in your neighborhood, call the police.

Stay away. They don't know what they're doing. The form of pest control they practice is "spray and pray". They are cheap though...and you get what you pay for.

Hi, all, please be very careful with Greenix. Their way of doing business is deceptive. Customer service is rude & unprofessional, especially when they learned that you don’t want their business. - The solicitors are aggressive & misleading. She told me if I’m not satisfied with the service I could cancel it anytime, but she never mentioned I only got 3 days to cancel & before service started. Never mentioned a $200 cancellation fees, regardless if you are satisfied or unsatisfied with the service!! Only if I have known that, I would not buy it at all. - For the first service, they sent out a young man to spray my house. He used a small fountain drink sized spray bottle (the one you can get from the dollar store). Didn’t see him aim to the corners or the top where spiders could be found, totally different from what the solicitor described it would be. He sprayed inside, not each room. I had to ask him to spray the basement. He told me they DO NOT spray upstairs. The small bottle has never been changed! The spraying was not done professional at all. I still had a pest problem. - So I called to cancel the service afterwards. I had to wait for a long time, with multiple wait periods to talk to someone. Then, they told me I owed the company $200. I didn’t know I had to pay a cancellation fee, I even regretted paying $79 for a poor service like that. They insisted on sending second person to evaluate my house & help to “solve” the problem. I declined & told the second technician I didn’t know I was not allowed to cancel the service without paying a $200 penalty. He said he would talk to the regional manager about my complaint. Late afternoon I finally talked to the account manager of Greenix, who told me she would charge my account for the $200 for cancellation!! And she did. She could not take a complaint, she was impatient, argumentative & rude, interrupted me from time to time while explaining to her. She hesitated to tell me her name, I had to ask her 3 times for it. - I talked to my neighbors, they told me solicitors from Greenix were aggressive & rude. Then I found out from the reviews that multiple customers had encountered the similar problems. - Sad that American business has become like this. - Greenix, you need to accept that your service is not as great as your hard sell. If your customers are not satisfied they should not be punished by having to pay the HUGE cancellation fee. - Greenix, you should also VERBALLY let your customers know it was written in the contract penalty occurs regardless of customers’ satisfaction. I wish I was informed. BUT, how would your customers know how your service would be like “before starting” the service? AND, “after starting” the service, there was no way to cancel without paying $200 cancellation/penalty fee. The service did not even worth the discounted rate of $79. - My other neigbhor told me there is a place called Better Business Bureau, it allows people to report any scam business. Therefore, if you have encountered a similar problem with Greenix & communication with them did not work. At least, there is a channel that allow you to report!!!

Dylan was the technician that came out to my place today. Very nice young man. Very helpful. He answered my questions and I thought he did a good job spraying everywhere. I have a 13 year old son and they talked while he worked. They talked Fortnite. Dylan joked with my son and my son enjoyed it. This was the second time someone sprayed. The first time was only outside and I wasn't here. All my outside spiders disappeared. It was great. Very happy with everything. This time it was inside and outside.

I will never use this company. They have the most annoying and intrusive sales “kids” because they are not men. I have a covered doorbell that says “DO NOT DISTURB” and a sign on my front porch that says NO SOLICITING, however they have banged on my door repeatedly. If you don’t answer, they just keep banging. Next time I will invite him inside to put my children back to bed for me that they continuously wake up. Very rude and disrespectful of the whole neighborhood.

Jared did a great job removing all of the spider webs from around the house. He then used the proper chemicals to correct the pest problems. While doing so, Jared found rodent or mice holes that were burrowing under the house. Jared then set traps to take care of these rodents. Job well done. I will request in the future that Jared be my technician.

I recently switched to Greenix and have been quite impressed with their service and effectiveness of their treatment. Our ant issue with the back, paved patio is gone after the second treatment. Their service technitians are personable, very detail oriented, professional and attentive to their customer. Upon arriving for my scheduled treatment today, they noticed some evidence of pests that they were not pleased to find and went above and beyond assess the house, yard and patio to make sure our home and yard were pest free and presentable. I have used Greenix for approximately one year. The representatives and technicians have always been very courteous and professional. I hired them last year because I was dealing with ants in the house. Both years I have had to have them return because the problem was not solved with their first application. Each time I had them return they were always very courteous and cooperative and scheduled a return application promptly. However, after a third application this month, I still have ants. I don't believe the service is worth the charge, at least not for my case. They charge $99 per month every month, not just in the months where there is an active problem requiring treatment. If I had mice, other rodents causing problems, or an infestation of something like roaches or termites and that were covered, it would be another matter, but not $99/month for ants. I have gotten results as good by buying a $8 spray bottle of insecticide designed for this purpose and spraying around the perimeter of the house. I wan't going to say anything, because I felt each person could decide on their own whether the price was appropriate. However I kept getting pestered to submit a review and felt i should tell the truth.

I have used Greenix for approximately one year. The representatives and technicians have always been very courteous and professional. I hired them last year because I was dealing with ants in the house. Both years I have had to have them return because the problem was not solved with their first application. Each time I had them return they were always very courteous and cooperative and scheduled a return application promptly. However, after a third application this month, I still have ants. I don't believe the service is worth the charge, at least not for my case. They charge $99 per month every month, not just in the months where there is an active problem requiring treatment. If I had mice, other rodents causing problems, or an infestation of something like roaches or termites and that were covered, it would be another matter, but not $99/month for ants. I have gotten results as good by buying a $8 spray bottle of insecticide designed for this purpose and spraying around the perimeter of the house. I wan't going to say anything, because I felt each person could decide on their own whether the price was appropriate. However I kept getting pestered to submit a review and felt i should tell the truth.

My experience with Greenix has been that the salesman was very aggressive with his pitch and wanted me to make a quick decision without much thought, though I stated multiple times I was uncomfortable making any decisions without consulting my husband (who was at work and who normally handles any pests). I made it very clear I was not able to make a commitment without talking to my husband first, and somehow in my conversation with the salesman, he convinced me it wouldn't be a commitment and more so a trial of the service. Due to that I paid for a treatment and signed for what I thought was the usual signature for use of a card. Nope. Apparently I had signed a contract committing to a year of treatments! They came and sprayed once. The product caused the stain of my cabinets to bleed to the floor (thankfully not permanent) and has been ineffective with what few pests we do have. My cat usually catches the stray fly or moth or ant. Maybe the treatments work great for others, but we really didn't have a problem to begin with. I feel that I was pressured and mislead into a commitment I repeatedly expressed I did not want to make! Now I'm stuck with something I don't need and do not want!

I came home today to find out a representative of this company has been wandering our neighborhood disregarding the posted No Soliciting policy, and harassing my elderly mother who was expecting the pest control agent she actually called for service to be at the door. Mike only left when that person arrived to do their job. This agent displayed very aggressive, disrespectful, and manipulative tactics to try to get her to sign a contract on the spot without allowing her any time for research. After seeing all the reviews of similar behavior from their agents and business, I will tell everyone to beware, lest they have a similar experience. Fair Warning to the company, the next time I hear of them near our house, police will be called, this makes us feel unsafe in our own home, and no one should ever feel that way. If I could post this with No Stars, or Negative Stars, I would. Please do not respond to this post, just stop this.

The tech was great, very friendly and thorough when he was here to spray the first time for us. We are scheduled for the second time as a follow up. The rep over the phone quickly pulled up our record, and knew what was to be done right away. This is very important for providing a good customer svs. So far, we are very satisfied with Greenix after trying a few other companies. We actually saw the pest activities increased as we were told prior to the initial spray, then it completely died down. So far, I can finally sit and relax in my front porch without thinking when the spiders are going to craw on me.....peace of mind

Jonathan called ahead of his visit, he was on time, and he really did a great job. My landscapers found a ground nest of yellow jackets while Jonathan was here and he quickly took care of it. He explained the removal process as well as the difficulties treating it while it was wet/raining outside. He treated it twice and offered to return later today to do so again. Way above and beyond!

They do a great job at cleaning the webs off and spreading the bug preventative. I literally have no bugs or spiders in the home anymore. My experience with Greenix has been that the salesman was very aggressive with his pitch and wanted me to make a quick decision without much thought, though I stated multiple times I was uncomfortable making any decisions without consulting my husband (who was at work and who normally handles any pests). I made it very clear I was not able to make a commitment without talking to my husband first, and somehow in my conversation with the salesman, he convinced me it wouldn't be a commitment and more so a trial of the service. Due to that I paid for a treatment and signed for what I thought was the usual signature for use of a card. Nope. Apparently I had signed a contract committing to a year of treatments! They came and sprayed once. The product caused the stain of my cabinets to bleed to the floor (thankfully not permanent) and has been ineffective with what few pests we do have. My cat usually catches the stray fly or moth or ant. Maybe the treatments work great for others, but we really didn't have a problem to begin with. I feel that I was pressured and mislead into a commitment I repeatedly expressed I did not want to make! Now I'm stuck with something I don't need and do not want!

They solicited services in a non solicitation area and did a pretty heavy sell (not that it would ever work).They want you to do an annual contract with heavy termination fees. Got them to agree to six months to prove they are reputable and that their product works, but then they backed out of the agreement as they clearly don't believe in their own products and services.
