I had to call upon there services when some furry "friends" moved into my garage. I called and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day as my schedule allowed. Matt was wonderful. He was prompt and and very easy going as he answered all my questions (trust me, I had tons) and was able to identify the point of entrance. He came back two weeks later did a very trough job checking all the poison baits. Very satisfied with the service I got.

Technician Matt Jeffery did a fantastic job removing our wasp problem. He was able to get them out of the chimney as well as remedy two smaller nests on the exterior of the house. Will definitely call again!

We began with Freedom Pest Control in late Fall of 2014 and are still going strong! My husband and I are thoroughly impressed by Howard and their professionalism, caring responses and support to the needs of any problem arising in our home. Military discounts are supported!! Credit cards are accepted and put on file in their system so that way you don't have to worry about writing a check or you can write a check but they still need a credit card on file. Freedom Pest Control is direct and upfront with the amounts you are billed quarterly and there are no hidden costs added. Freedom Pest Control is there for your needs and will work with you preventing unwanted visitors from entering your home or returning. (As long as you keep your home clean) The techs Freedom Pest Control sent out to our home on the day of treatment were very cordial, respectful, polite, sincere/genuine, and knowledgeable about any issues or problems you may have with pests and prevent or stop the issues from continuing. My husband and I were also impressed by the technician who prevented our pet from lapping up the poison on the baseboard in the kitchen island that he had sprayed. We had a problem with ants coming through the cracks of the baseboards so my Airedale was about to lick at the poison and the technician gracefully stopped him. In that instant we knew we could depend and trust Freedom Pest Control because the technicians truly care.... In past experiences through Terminix the technicians really did not care, and the charges were expensive. We were very fortunate to have found Freedom Pest Control!!! You wont be disappointed. We had trouble with mice raiding our bird feeders and bringing the seeds into our basement. Howard at Freedom Pest Control was very helpful. He informed us about the process clearly and also helped us figure out how to prevent a recurrence. Our technician Warren did an excellent job. We are completely satisfied with the results.

What a great way to ruin a picnic. The sprayer is much more than a mist flowing over a fence. Covering the children’s trampoline and swing set. We literally ran back inside abandoning our picnic lunch and bathing the children and the dogs and washing /changing our clothing. After flagging down the man spraying he advised we stay inside for “a couple hours but the wind was blowing the opposite direction of our house, just keep everybody inside”. We canceled a birthday swim party for a five year old that afternoon... The five year old human had red eyes and blurry vision for a day. I called poison control. I called the company, we read their MSDS. He offered us discounted service... I think the owner of the company was missing my point. The wren nest we were observing became abandoned that very day. Our coy pond was massacred the very next day, EVERY single fish and frog floating belly up. The turtle that visited our yard regularly disappeared. Coincidence? I think not. Only a week later the second treatment occurred. The children and I were all playing on the trampoline at this time. We all ran back inside. We had contractors working in the front yard and their drink cooler became covered with the hazardous fog. One of the workers has a skin rash on his face, arms, and legs. His eyes are swollen and red. He has been rinsing off with saline and hose water suffering from a chemical burn. I called poison control again. Do I need to drain our pool? Do I need to wash off our outdoor toys and trampoline? Do I get to expect this regularly? If you want to kill basically everything this is the company for you.

My landlord is nothing sort of a scheming scumbag and hired someone else to treat my apartment that had been affected by bedbugs since the previous tenants. I called Freedom Pest Control and they've been my saving grace to the insanity I've had to suffer. They were quick and Matt was super friendly along with being knowledgeable about the pests. He was able to spray and notify me what to do to prevent future issues and Howard has been MORE than patient. I can't tell you how many times I've called this man for assistance and even aided in educating my landlord about how bedbugs work. This company has helped me and went above and beyond their service; for that I am thankful and recommend anyone to this place.

This company would get ten stars if I were able to give as many. HIGHLY recommend because of price, customer service and psychological counseling! Ok so not real psychological counseling but for someone terrified of the thought of bed bugs chewing on me throughout the night, I definitely got my money's worth! Price is substantially lower than mainstream pest control companies and more personal per basis. Terminex and their 1200$ minimum treatment of TWO rooms was ridiculous for just doing a heat treatment which doesnt work as well as the chemical treatments. They used the right product and I was bed bug free in just 3 weeks. Nowadays, because of many reasons bed bugs are taking over the world and I for one thought it could never be me. So thankful for Howard the owner and crew for helping me sleep in peace again and also explaining everything so well!!

We are renting our first home! Have had some issues with sewer flies moving into the winter and could not get them to evacuate the house! We called up Freedom Pest Control and spoke with Howard who was very professional and courteous. He helped us set up an appointment that morning and got his technician Eric out to our house. Eric was very professional and courteous as well and we had some great conversation while he did his work. We spoke about the ins and outs of his job as well as my own and he even shared some tips for future pest control. Eric is a veteran of The United States Air Force and I could not have had a better job done by anyone else. I personally wanted to call Howard and let him know of the great servive and how much we appreciate their assistance, then immediately came here to leave a shiney 5 star review. Thank you for your service and time gentleman, I will definitely be using this service again for my future home needs!

The owner I spoke with and technicians I worked with are great. They answered all my questions and when I asked about services other pest controllers have pushed on me and they were honest about why it's a bad decision. Terminix had told me it would cost $2500 to do an exclusion on my house. With Freedom Pest control, it cost $250 and the problem was adequately solved. They are honest and reliable.

We used them about 5 years ago for bed bugs (yuck!). The man I spoke with was very knowledgeable about these terrible bugs. He told me why they treat the way they do. It was a lot of work getting ready, but they got rid of the bed bugs.

Interestingly enough—I’ve never actually used their services. When I called to describe my pest problem, the gentleman actually said it sounded like I didn’t have an issue..that a few crawlers here or there is typical..so he talked me out of getting a service I didn’t need! I have never experienced integrity and customer service to this degree. I almost want to throw money at him anyway for my gratitude! If (when) the issue comes up in our home again, you better believe I know who to call!

He is a wealth of knowledge and experience. He's also the only service that not only returned my call, but checked in a few times to see how things were going.
