Very friendly and caring staff on the phone and in person. No nonsense with trying to sell things you don't need, just straight to the point with what's going on in your home and very detailed description of the products used and processes to resolve it all during the initial inspection, as well as clear upfront pricing. The staff that came to treat my house later was also very courteous and professional, arriving on time, answering all my questions, and digging right into the job. Seeing the great reviews, I called Burt's saying that a rental house I owned had termites. Doug came out, saw a bug and asked if this was the termite? I said yes. He then informed me it was an ant. I was so relieved as the treatment was about 8 times less than another termite company quoted me over the phone, for termite treatment based on the outside measurements of my place. I appreciate Doug's honesty, knowledge and the time he took to look at a few other locations, just to make sure they were pest free. This is my first Google or any type of review to be posted on the internet. I wanted to do this to let others know how my experience was.
