Not friendly at all, secretary didn't know where her employees were when it was time for my appointment. Rude customer service. I asked a few questions, were not sure of anything. Couldn't tell me if they were in the house and told me I wouldn't know until I moved my stuff into the new house and they came out. By then it would've been to late Wanted to spray and charge me even though he didn't know for sure and didn't even walk through the house. Didn't look at anything at all. Will never call or recommend them to anyone I know. If I could post this with no star I would've but it makes me mark at least one star... NO STAR AND BAD SERVICE

I am a tenant running from a landlord Southside of Fort Wayne the landlord is using their service at States is supposed to control ants my landlord knows that there is an ant problem outside why would he not tell Carl to spray outside if he is spraying inside. I look through my window and notice that my mattress was moved up against the wall I thought that's odd not caring about the contamination I enter my apartment noticed my comforter and two pillows laying on the carpet. completely disrespected my bed linen why would he spray my mattress knowing that it is brand new do not use their service. they are terrible.I am now going to be taking the service to court in regards for a brand new mattress and bed linen and pillows highly pissed the f*** off

I left my home went to the store was gone a total of 22 min during this time a man came,sprayed, and then left. So the receipt stated he was in my home for 40 min but he was in my house for 14 min total. The owner tried to make it right and gave me another spray for free however he sent the same man who lied in the first place. I payed $800.00 for them to not do what they were hired to do....

We suspected we had bed bugs. Carl came out and told us he saw no evidence of bed bugs. We showed him some bugs we had found and he told us they were not bed bugs. Carl was honest and refused to sell us treatment unless he had evidence. I was impressed and relieved. I recommend Carl.

They were by far the cheapest price quote I received, they were not pushy like the others I called trying to get us to sign up for a year long contract. I highly recommend Bug Free Pest Control. On a Wednesday, just before 5 pm, I found yellow jackets in my home. I called several pest control businesses in the area. One company, I've used before, said next Tuesday would be the earliest someone could help, another company said next day , around mid-day. John Long, owner, called me back within 5 minutes of me leaving a voicemail. I noted to all companies my panic. John turned his truck around and headed to my house, when his technician wasn't able to get to me. John took care of the problem immediately, offered a 6 month guarantee, and said to call him in 48 hours if I still see any of these vicious, continually stinging bugs. This company IS HANDS DOWN the best company I've ever heard of for post control. We had bed bugs and the actual owner called me personally to check on the situation and see what was needed for a resolution. Having my children not bothered by these disgusting bugs is a life saver.
