Junior came out and thoroughly inspected our house and took the time to answer every question we had. Their quote was great. We decided immediately to go with them because of his service and attitude. I would highly recommend Junior and his team. I will never again use anyone else.

I'm so tired of businesses ignoring laws when it comes to advertising. If they can't obey the law and respect my property when it comes to trying to earn my business, how can I trust their work *after* they have my money?

They put traps and boards down, that's it!! Still have the problem and they want to overcharge to come back out to move them around. Completely useless and not worth the price!! Save your money!! They use bait block and traps that the mouse don't go in. You're better off DIY!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. The office staff are prompt and helpful in coordinating fast and convenient service to fit whatever works for my schedule. Would highly recommended to anyone with pest control issues. They handle it all. (Insect,rodents,animals etc.)

Unprofessional and possibly criminal. My landlord sent people to my apartment to do a "quick walk through and look for pests" and they basically ransacked my home. I walked in and it looked like the place had been burglarized...my bed was stripped and propped up against the wall, living room furniture completely stripped and pillows/cushions tossed all over the place, blankets everywhere, etc. I have lived in apartments for most of my adult life, I know what these walk throughs are like, I've experienced many of them, but nothing even remotely close to this. I don't even believe they looked for pests. I am currently combing throw my possessions to make sure they didn't take anything--they were obviously looking for something besides pests. I would never trust these people near my property again. Edit to add: I posted pics of how they left my place on the photos tab. Second edit: Please be aware that I talked to Kaitlin who replied below and she confirmed that this is in fact how they do business. The only thing that wasn't standard was leaving my bed propped against the wall, but everything else was acceptable.
