The Scare Factor

Very recommended! Travis Boling was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a bad flea infestation in a house we were working on and he was the only bug person that gave us a procedure that worked for reducing and killing them. He also told us why we had to perform this procedure and exactly what precautions to take. We even called another big company first that wasn't as knowledgeable and they basically told us they couldn't help us. Thank you for the help and information, Travis!

Updated* A little misunderstanding but they reached out to me and made sure I was happy. I had black diamond come out to spray for fleas and I was under the impression that if the first treatment didn't kill all the fleas they would come out again and only charge the service call fee of around 40 dollars but when I called to have them come out again I was told that the warranty only applied if I had a second treatment done for around 65 then the warranty would kick in, I was never told that the warranty only applied if they did follow-up visits. *Update: they reached out to me and wanted to make sure I was completely happy, they said they would stand by the price I had understood over the phone, so I had them come out again and now the flea problem is completely gone. Thank you John for making sure I was completely satisfied. They do want to make sure their customers are happy.

I have never had to use a pest control company before. When I contacted Black Diamond they were very polite and able to send a technician out the very next day. I was contacted by text letting me know that the technician would arrive within thirty minutes. The technician, Ron Dixon, was here on time. Mr Dixon put on shoe coverings at the door. He checked out the visible problem areas inside, outside and in the crawl space. Mr Dixon identified the problem and advised me that I had some plumbing issues in the crawl space causing standing water where the insects were breeding. I have plumbers coming tomorrow to address the leaking pipes in the crawl space. As soon as the plumbing is fixed, I will be calling Black Diamond back to take care of the insect problem. I certainly hope that I get Ron Dixon as the service technician since he already knows the complete situation. Black Diamond is lucky to have an employee of Mr Dixon’s caliber.

Black Diamond Pest Control: Came out last week and looked at Grandma's house gave her an estimate on how much it was going to be to get rid of the termites. The gentleman was very nice and answered all our grandma's questions that she had beforehand. Today they came out to treat the house and the outside. They called about 8 and tell my grandma that they was on their way they got here about 8:30 and introduce themselves to us before they started working. Before they started treating the house they checked it over. They drilled holes outside and was very professional about it. They cleaned up after themselves as they went along and before they started the treatment they explain to us how long the smell of the treatment would be lingering around. They didn't mind helping to put carpet back down and answered all of our questions. I would recommended them to anyone who needs bugs gone. The Black Diamond representative we spoke to, Justin Tankersley, seemed very knowledgeable and walked us through the various services. We ended up with a service that would help us with our immediate pest problem and offered a warranty for future problems. He was upfront about cost and while a second competitor offered slightly lower pricing...we did not have the peace of mind of the warranty and we felt we were actually going with the better quality service. We could tell that Justin actually cared about our problem and was invested in helping us. I recommend Black Diamond over all other pest control companies!
