To say that the owner of this company went above and beyond would be grossly under stated. Out of the seven exterminators that I called in Spartanburg , he was the least expensive, most qualified, and the friendliest. I called him at closing time , and within 10 minutes he had returned my phone call. I explained my huge dilemma of needing him today ASAP; he may have been reluctant having to show up to a new customer at closing on a Friday , however he was arriving at my house within 20 minutes with a smile on his face. He told me the prices upfront and quoted me on another if needed in 2 weeks. He even encouraged me to write a check or pay cash , as there are fees charged When paying with a credit or debit card. I will definitely be calling him back and recommending his services to anyone with extermination needs.
