From the moment we have an issue, everyone makes you feel important and well taken care of. I always appreciate their prompt response and professionalism. Everyone from Darrell, Todd, Izzy--so cute! and most of all Carey Donamaria do a wonderful job. They come in take care of the problem and are always discrete. It's almost like extended family! After 6 long weeks we came upon Action Pest and they were phenomenal from the initial assessment to the quick and thorough spray of our home. Andy is top notch and great to work with! I've started using Action for termites and they got rid of them on the first application. now I use the monthly for other insects, mice, etc. Duke is great and explains as he goes along. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs it.

I am terrified of spiders but he has given me so much information on those horrors that i can now see one and know it does good, just stay out of my house. So far not happy. Paid $764 on 5/10 for service with a 5/31 appointment to do the work. Came on that day but the equipment failed and had to reschedule for 6/14. Not understanding why it should take another 2 weeks. If I was doing a job for someone that had already paid I think i'd be trying to get it done ASAP. Paid a month without any work being done? Edit: Happy Now. Got a call from them on 6/08. Came out on 6/09 and did the work. Tech was very professional and got all work done fast.

We have been very pleased with our experience with Action Pest Control. Derek has completely solved the problem that we have had for years with spiders. Over the weekend we had a sudden infestation of ants. Derek was off that day, but Daniel came out in less than thirty minutes and took care of them. Action has been very responsive to our needs and their techs are the best.

I have used Action Pest Control several times in the past few years. At first I put off calling them because I had no idea how much professional exterminators might cost; but the birds in the attic were getting out of hand so I finally had to call. They came down and, despite having to make several trips (this is an old house with a great many holes in it) they fixed the problem at a VERY reasonable price. When squirrels started nesting in the attic two years later I didn't hesitate to call at all. Again, they fixed the problem properly and at a surprisingly reasonable cost.

I had Todd, of Action/Owensboro come out and rid my home of ants and spiders. Todd did a very thorough job, and when I spotted another nest of ants a week later, Todd RUSHED over within an hour, and treated the new infestation immediately!

We have used Action Pest Control since moving to Owensboro, KY in 2010. We have NO problems with pests whatsoever! Even if a problem starts to develop, one call is all it takes and they come to the rescue. We have had service for snakes and wasps on top of the normal bug-age & have been completely satisfied. Highly recommend.

Matt is what the tech said his name was..but when he called me his name showed up as Anthony. .came to my house to inspect for bedbugs. He went through fast and didn't check all things that should have . very Unpleased. After he left I called and spoke with him on phone. .wasn't very friendly. .never again will I call this place

Action Pest told us they could perform services at a residential property based on stipulations they set forth. When we asked them to put the stipulations in the estimate for clarifications, they refused. The technician they sent out was a commercial technician. Perhaps, he didnt want to deal with a residential account. You can expect hearsay, lack of follow up, snobby treatment...etc. We had $1000.00 in hand ready to spend and only asked for the stipulations they set forth to be put on their estimate and we received poor treatment and refusal. I dont understand why they didnt just put a disclaimer on the estimate if they were concerned. I guess we'll call Orkin.

I have used this company a lot over the years. The first job Tim and Company did for me was extremely difficult. I had a huge victorian home on a hill and was having my home ripped apart by squirrels, it was so upsetting. They were having babies in between the gutters and the attic, I could hear them in the walls at night it was horrible -- one actually died in the wall -- it was like living in the Amityville horror house. I was young and didn't know what to do when someone recommended Timmy Murphy @ Action Pest Control, he was there within a day, he had the squirrils out by the end of it -- and made made sure they never came back. Timmy you have no idea how greatful I am for that... I will never forget it. I have used them again many times over the years and it was always the same, he gets the job done and if he doesn't he comes back. Tim is the best in the business. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

Techs are very helpful. Customer service staff on the phone are always courteous. Anthony is the representative who has worked with us the most. He is knowledgeable and professional. Action also sprays our yard for mosquitoes several months a year. Great service!! We are well pleased with this company.

We had a teck come out today to do an enishal spray and he didn't do anything, didnt have his paper work to sighn, or give me my change back after paying!! He pocktleted the money and left! Verry disappointed and i have reported to the head of this company!!!!!!!

We’ve recently gotten Michael to take care of our home, and he is absolutely brilliant! I am immensely afraid of insects, especially spiders & centipedes, (aka horrors of the earth) which is what we were unfortunately encountering. He answered all my questions thoroughly, helped me move furniture, (because no baseboard will go unsprayed!) and was just really nice to work with. Michael went completely above and beyond all our expectations, we cannot thank him and Action Pest enough!
