I was very disappointed with the inspection. The review didn't seem very professional and the inspector missed a number of obvious issues with the home. Going back and forth with management was even more disappointing. I was offered several times to have the inspector come back out so I could review the inspection shortcomings, but I declined retraining their inspector. Management eventually quoted their waiver and said their inspection only covered major items, so it is what it is... I have had experience with other very thorough and professional inspections - Aardvark isn't one of them.

We have never been unhappy with Aarvark's services. Jose was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions. When I called the office to schedule my recent appointment, Courtney was very kind and provided me with some immediate information regarding my concern. She put a message in for Jose to contact me, who called me back within the time frame I had requested. I would highly recommend this company to others.

not very detailed at all the buyers of our home used a different home inspection company and there report was A LOT more detailed and professional use a different service also missed a lot of simple things such as a cracked sink and ant frass in attic i actually found it and had to show it to him

My husband and I got an inspection on a house that we were looking at buying. They got the inspection done very quickly and it was a very thorough inspection. When they went in the first time to inspect the house the seller had not turned on the water, so when they went a second time to inspect the house they did not charge us to look at the plumbing.
