Have had them coming to the restaurant for about 8 months. Absolutely ineffective. Regardless of how many times I have had them come out. Called for the management to cancel my service, havent made it a priority to call me back. Service woman was very polite, did what she could with whatever training they get. Switching to another company. Above is my original post. They have come since to try and fix the situation. We will see in a week

Product ineffective. Employee unprofessional, asking questions about vehicles, renting or owning ect. Would not recommend this company.

After being a client who paid for quarterly service for nearly 10 years, I was noticing a lot of spiders just weeks after they came in and sprayed my house in the spring. I called and asked them to come back out and re-spray because their last application was clearly ineffective. They told me I would be charged an additional $90 for another application. Not acceptable; awful customer service. Cancelled my contract right then and called a competitor. Addition to original review: Ownership has followed up and done everything they said they would do in their response to my original review (detailed below) -- Scott called personally and discussed the entire situation and even offered to come out for free and try to remedy the problem. Very classy and lived up to the level of customer service I was hoping for originally. Thank you for the follow up.
