After a long time of rodent infestation, and a lot of money to BIG National and Local Exterminators companies, Andy was able to permanently stop it. The other outfits placed baited food and retention traps to get the rodent in the house. Andy found out where they were entering and blocked it. Sounds easy but it is not. Andy knows where is reasonable to expect their entry, probably due to his formal (Masters) education in this filed, experience at the Field Museum, and a former carpenter in the house building trades. And his prices were a lot less since he does not spend time checking and refilling multiple traps since, again, he takes time to find their entry right from the start. You would be fortunate to hire him and rid your problem once, and for all.
