Outstanding service. Mr. Germann and his team are true experts and will work tirelessy to alleviate serious infestation issues. This company (Larry& Nick) also helped tremendously with professional consultation in regards to issues surrounding the treatment of folks with severe mental illness who have horrendous and unrelenting infestation. Kind, generous and compassionate expertise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I work at the University of Chicago hospital and have for several years. First Illinois services our buildings here and has for awhile from what I understand. Their "IPM" approach is spot on. They do NOTHING at all about ANY of our issues. I am SOOO tired of seeing large waterbugs or the occasional mouse run across the halls when I have to walk around the building. I can understand the basement having them. But the upper floors too? At first I figured hey this is Chicago what do you expect? Now it is just ridiculous! I reported in about an ant issue several times. They came once and as it continued they never came back even after multiple complaints. Thankfully the ants eventually left on their own. Smoke breaks are also interesting as well. I have yet to see a rat box here around the buildings. The rats seem to know this as well as they are out in full force and are scared of hardly anything. I also had a friend who worked in the cafe which just recently closed. She said they never serviced the account like they were suppose to. They ONLY came if there was a problem. Which with the consistent sightings of the waterbugs has made me eat literally nowhere inside of our hospital. Bottom line I have NOT had their service before. All I know is what I have experienced as I do have to work where they do. At this point I wish terminex or orkin.. or honestly anyone would come in and help out (or take over) the situation. Pest control shouldn't have to be me interrupted in work to go stomp on a waterbug a co-workers saw.

We have used First Illinois for their integrated pest management approach for the past almost five years. I can recommend them without qualification.
