Worst Customer Service. Would send Pest Control Specialist at times and you ask them to have them call you at least 30 minutes before and sometimes call you and sometimes did not. I rather go with a National Brand like Orkin instead of them.

Great job also Our Technician Erik has been polite and friendly. Don't even have to ask him to take his shoes off which is always a problem with other visitors.

We have used Aerex for a few years now and they are wonderful. With three young children and two dogs running around while the specialists are here - I have had zero concerns about any harmful pesticides or odors. The specialists take their time to explain the process that they're doing, why they do it in that manner, what products they are using (including amounts) and why. Each person that has come out has been a wealth of information, and they really put any reservations about putting products in my house to eliminate pests (ants in our case) in a household with young children and pets. The specialists are friendly, informative, clean, and timely. They interact really nicely with our family, and they come when they say they will! I would strongly recommend this company.

A team of excellent professionals. We have used them for 3 years. Highly effective, responsive. If a persistent, recurrent problem they come back til the job is done. These guys deserve repeat business and referrals. Anatoli and Rod were the most recent people who helped with ant control. Both very knowledgeable, smart and nice to work with. 5 stars can be an exaggeration, but I think this excellent service deserves that type of recognition.

My company recently switched to Aerex due to a small mouse problem in our office. Our former company was not solving the problem, turned out they weren't even "baiting" the traps they set out. Immediately following our first visit from Aerex we noticed a difference. No more "droppings' in the office. Our technician Anatoly is outstanding!! He walked with me throughout the entire building showing me what steps he was taking and even pointing out problems in our building where the rodents are probably getting in! Our property has been using Aerex since March of 2015 and we have not yet been let down. All service requests are handled timely via phone or email, no run arounds. Bed bug services from Aerex have been effective every time and are very reasonably priced. The best I've actually seen in my experience as a property manager. Our technician, Hugo, comes for every service we schedule in addition to our regular monthly services. Hugo is very courteous and professional. He is super knowledgeable in his field and is very happy to explain possible origins of infestation and services he will conducting in every unit. We have always had a great experience with Aerex. The staff is very friendly and easy to make an appointment. They are always on time within their slotted window and even if I need to know a more specific time of arrival, they have always responded with a more definite time. The product is working great for us. We moved into a home that was abandon for a few years, so bugs made a nice home here. After the first round of indoor and outdoor spraying the bugs (especially spiders) were almost all gone. We had to do one follow up spray, which was no hassle to schedule, and they were gone. We've been a customer for many years and recommend to our family and friends.

I have used Aerex services for more than 10 years. Aerex comes into my home twice a year for spraying the inside and the attic. I just renewed the yearly contract in June 2016. Aerex Technician Rod Kiefer was assigned to the job on a Saturday. Normally the time slot is 2-4 hours AM or PM. Rod called me the night before(Friday) and advised me that he could be there at 7:30 AM sharp on Saturday. This was helpful and I could plan out my Saturday, instead of waiting for the usual time slot bandwidth. Rod not only was on time, but was very courteous, and even moved my ladder from the garage to the second level to reach the attic space and put it back in the garage.

Aerex is the best around. No hassle and they do not try to oversell you on a service you do not need. I have been with Aerex for 3 years now and will not go anywhere else. Family owned company with a loyal, knowledgable staff, specifically Rod Kiefer. I use them for my ant problem, with 2 little kids it can be hard to stay on top of the crumbs. I did need a re-treat for the ants and they did so no questions asked which solved the problem 100%. Very satisfied customer.
