I was completely satisfied with their work. We heard noises in our attic. A-Action Pest Control quickly determined we had bats, flying squirrels and mice in our attic. They put a plan together and got rid of all of the critters. They charged a fair price and did excellent work. They showed up on time, when promised. They always wore shoe covers when coming into my house and cleaned up after themselves. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to whoever that asked.

I just wanted to take a moment to write a review for A action pest control, My technicians name is Phil. I've watched some other neighbors exterminator companies come by, and they just take her gingerly stroll through their yard not really paying attention to much, unlike Phil on the other hand, he goes through your yard with a purpose. This man works hard, and is very thorough. Even points out things that could attribute to either your ant wasp or rodent problem. Even notice things that I missed and I was standing right in front of it. So if you live near the gurnee area and want a thorough plan of action give them a call and request Phil. I cant remember the last time I saw someone work as hard as him! He takes little bugs seriously and that's no joke! If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. And Phil is in a category all his own. A+++++

We had a rather large mouse problem in the house. I called A-Action Pest Control and asked therm to come and look at the problem. They responded quickly and came on time. The technician was extremely pleasant and very thorough. He identified the problem and plugged the places where he thought the mice were getting in. He said that the company would call in about 4 months to see if the problem had been resolved. The company called and scheduled a follow-up visit today and the same technician came and checked what he had done. There was no further activity and the problem has been resolved. I can't say enough positive things about the technician and the service. Would use them again and again!

We heard some rustling in the attic one evening. We called Adam at A-Action. He was there the very next day. He found a broken vent and set a couple of traps. The next morning the raccoon was in the trap and he fixed the vent where it was getting in. Problem solved in less than 48 hours. Fast, Friendly - very impressive! We had tried using Terminix to deal with a spider and centipede problem, but they not only failed to improve our pest problems, but their technician failed to show up twice when I had taken time off work to be home without even a phone call to notify me. I called A-Action pest control because one night I seen a mouse run across the counter top and we put out a couple traps and 10 mins after we put the traps out we caught about 6 before I called and set up an appointment and Ashley stayed on the phone and helped me though a live one caught just buy it's tail. I was freacking out and calmly told me do you have a bucket and I did and she said put it over the live one until we get there. So I was able to do that but she still stayed on the phone and made sure I was ok. Dave came out and totally went over what he was doing and made sure before he left I was ok. Dave is a great, calm worker. Dave Came back out today to check the traps and clogged and the places out side and explained what he did and asked if we had any question before he left. We've been using A-Action since we moved to the Spring Grove area. We initially had issues with mice entering our home. Travis came in and did a thorough inspection and after his first visit we haven't had a problem since. (It's been over 2 years!). After the flooding that occurred in 2017 we also had an issue with carpenter ants. He explained what may have caused it (rotting wood) and after he sprayed we again didn't have an issue. We enrolled in the quarterly action plan and our home has been pest free. Even when we've had random pest infestations they've come out within a week and nothing has ever reoccurred. We also have a dog, and Travis is great with him. He's a professional, but also very genuine and gets to know you. Travis is definitely "our guy"!

We used A-Action to rid our newly purchased home of insects. Living on a 1 acre parcel backing up to a forest, we had thousands of insects of all varieties. We noticed a substantial difference after the first treatment and the insect problem was completely eradicated after a couple of months.
