We have been with Insight Pest Solutions as long as they have been open in eastern Idaho. They have been professional from day one and have treated our home as if it were their own. I have appreciated talking with the service pros about their products and the fact they are child and pet friendly. It is nice to know we are getting great service, products, and results that will make you sleep easy at night. I found them to be an amazing value for the high level of service they provide. NOT a good experience. AT ALL. We signed up for a year "contract". In February, they charged my card and claimed they came and sprayed. NOT TRUE! First of all, a little more notice would be nice. Second of all, the card claimed the tech sprayed all around the house but there were no foot prints ANYWHERE in our yard! Called and complained and they said they would not charge us next time. They just came two days ago and guess what...we were charged. Not to mention, they again did not give us enough notice to have someone there to get inside. Plus, there are ear wigs ALL OVER our yard and this was never mentioned in what they claim they did. Also, the card they left on our door said that this was a Spring Spray since bugs are so bad after winter. Um. It's August.

We've been customers of Insight Pest Solutions since they've been in Idaho and I can't say enough about the quality of the service, the "insightful" way they take an individual approach to each house and how they use a different family of products at each visit to keep the bugs from becoming resistant to the treatments. We have a special needs daughter and her service dog cost @ as much as a new car and I won't risk harming our kids let alone the service dog with unknown products and services. We also have horses mini and full size) and use Insight to knock down and keep the mosquitoes and flies at bay. I also haven't seen a mouse in a very long time. On the rare occasion when a retreat was needed, they were prompt, courteous and thurough, and best of all at no cost. There might be cheaper companies who do basic pest control, but if you want the bugs gone, and your family and pets safe, I can only recommend Insight Pest Solutions East Idaho!

They came the same day I called even though that meant they had to do the job after 7 pm. I was having a daily problem with bees getting in the house. They treated my property and now the bees are staying outside where they belong! I am 100% satisfied and so glad they are a local company that can respond quickly to problems. Things started off a bit rocky in that our appointment was scheduled for 5:00 and we planned to be home at that time. However, at 4:16, I received a text message that my home had been serviced but my back yard had not been due to our dog being in it. It then became known that the inside had also not been done. My daughter was home but had apparently not heard the door. I called the office and they were extremely nice and said they would contact the technician and have him come back. Turns out he was still in the driveway. He stayed and completed the job. I would highly recommend Insight to anyone.
