Let me tell you how relieved I am that we used Falls Pest Services! I have already found our first spider in our new home... how is this even possible and its hardly mid-March?!! I absolutely cannot stand spiders. They really took their time to listen to my concerns and explain how everything works – I have to know because we have a cat and a little toddler, who literally get into everything. It made me feel safe and reassured that they are safe for kids and pets. I couldn’t believe how fast they came and were done in such a timely manner. I am referring my in-laws to FPS – They had a really big problem with Voles last year. Those nasty little suckers created quite some damage to both their front and back yards by digging tunnels near the surface which are surprisingly noticeable all over their lawns, got into their garden and made a mess of things. These rodents gnawed on their trees and shrubs base during the winter, and not to mention damaging their beautifully landscaped yards with their unsightly runways that they left behind! They thought they got rid of them... well just noticed they are back. FPS said that they also take care of these rodents and much more. FPS prices are great compared to other pest companies – and they were running a great special!!! Their quality of service and prices – not to mention SAFE for kids and pets?! Their professionalism and knowledge is really a great value to us.

Very helpful and professional service. Discovered a mouse in our living room living in the couch. And we needed someone that day to come over and set up traps. They were able to be there within the hour that j called. And very very reasonable price. A ton less than I was expecting. Great service great price! Recommend them to everyone!

Falls pest control did a very thorough job when they sprayed our home. Colter’s attention to detail was amazing. With past pest control companies, I had to point out certain spots or question if they had remembered a part of the house/yard. When I questioned Colter, he had done everything. He is professional and friendly. Falls Pest Control had a quick response time and scheduled us right away to begin our service. I feel so secure with my kids playing knowing that Colter has sprayed. I was a former Gem State Pest Solutions customer for many year and this year my house had never been so invaded with pest! After countless re-services and things only getting worse (I know it was a wet/late spring season but my house was awful and nothing was working w/Gemstate). After searching on google for another company I came across Falls Pest Service and decided to give them a try. I called Falls Pest Services once I started noticing an uncontrollable amount of ants getting in my home. Colter responded within minutes and was at my home the next day to do a treatment on the inside & outside of my home.
