I am very pleased with the service. I had so many wasp all around my house and yard, that after getting stung 9 times and one trip to quick care.I was desperate. Afraid to go work in my yard. I have seen only a couple bees . Still seeing the box elder bug, hopefully they will also be gone soon. I would highly recommend them.

The guys that came out to clean up my pest problem did an awesome job. They were professional and very thorough as far as I could tell. I’m excited to see how quickly my main pest issue (nasty mice in my house!) gets fully resolved. Everything else (spiders, ants and wasps) is secondary to that, but it will be wonderful to have them gone too! This was my first experience with them and I was very impressed. The guys did more than I expected. I was apparently not clear from the information I was given when I first called on what the whole service included so I was happily surprised.

Don't trust what the salesman says, and make sure you read your contract carefully. I was told that I only had a commitment to two sprayings, and then I could cancel the service without problems. When I tried to cancel I was informed that I would be responsible for an almost $400 early cancellation fee. Completely my fault for being trusting and not reading the fine print. Read the contract and don't be fooled by a slick salesman the same as me. Also, the treatment for bugs isn't very effective. I have had better luck with a cheap bottle of insecticide and a hand sprayer from Lowe's. Save your time, save your money, and don't be fooled by dishonesty.

The work has been generally efficient and thorough this summer, with only a couple of incidents of non-weeds that may have been killed. The lawn looks great. My only reservation about continuing the service next year is cost; I’d be interested in options to reduce the cost in the future

Cory came round for our second treatment (breaking the hatch cycle) and got things sorted out in a timely fashion. He found a possible entry point that he plugged and cleared out a bunch of spider webs and a wasp nest. As usual, he was polite and friendly and accommodated us as we were shooting a promo film in the front yard :) Great service and I highly recommend these folks. And yes, we have almost no bugs in the house now, just the rare spider and no earwigs or pill bugs.

Was in a bit of a pickle - I purchased a new mattress and the mattress company misdiagnosed my home of having bed bugs and refused to set up the mattress. Having been told that, I was in a bit of jam. I called and spoke to Logan who presented some options and was able to schedule a technician Matthew to come out the same day. I was very impressed with the urgency and care they provided to me both over the phone and in person. Luckily, I do not have bed bugs and the carpet beetle problem with be gone with a few of the treatments that they offered. It was a bit expensive, but were able to locate some additional discounts. I would definitely recommend this company!!!

I was a little surprised that the cobwebs along the inside of the rain gutter on the south side of the house were not knocked down, but overall the service was preformed efficiently. I am satisfied with the service, and will continue with Edge. I don't plan to provide a 'survey' with each service, however. I called Edge about a large hornets nest high up in my back yard shade tree. The people I spoke to were knowledgeable and curtious. They answered all my questions and concerns and came out that same day (on a Saturday) and got that hornets nest taken care of at a reasonable price.

If they don't have respect when driving then they probably won't respect customers enough to give good service. For a little background info, I've been an hvac service tech for 20 years and know that customer service doesn't just start and end at the door.

Although we were not home when our scheduled service was performed, Trevor contacted us before and after the service. We chatted and I explained a few problems we were having with insects and he said he would take care of them. As Fall sets in all the creepy crawly creatures begin to move toward homes and out buildings and Edge has always been there to stop their advance. Thanks Edge!

We had some initial problems with pricing but worked with Parker and everything is resolved with satisfaction. Thanks for working with us. So far we have had two treatments done on our property and we have seen a significant decrease in pest activity. When they come out to service our home, they are friendly, they listen to our concerns and find out areas we are having problems with then they treat those areas along with the common areas of treatment. Overall, my experience with Edge has been positive. If you're looking for pest control company, give them a try, you will be glad you did.

I was in a hurry to eliminate wasps. They had a opening that day which was great! However I felt very pressured into a yearly contract. They won’t spray unless it’s signed. Needless to say I’m this emergency situation I signed. Over all they are nice, professional and 60% if the wasps are gone.

We had a nest the size of a basketball in our tree. Mike and Matt came over the day I called and knocked it down without a safety suit. There product terminated the wasps before they could hit the ground. No nasty smell and my safe for my cats. They sprayed the entire perimeter of the fence, house, and inside baseboards of the house. Extremely professional.

We've had issues with pests on and off for the last year. Any time we see a resurgence in activity we call Edge and they are out within the next day or two to take care of it. Asked to stop service till I re-contacted them. I was adding an expansion to my home and the property was torn up. They continued to send their serviceman out with barely any notice. He was on site once during this requested stoppage and pulling equipment from his truck when I stopped him. He asked me to call their office and I did. The gal who answered stated that they thought I was ready to begin again. I was not! I will say the service person was a very nice fellow and apologized for the confusion. The gal then stated I had to wait on the phone and speak to a manager. I said that was silly as I just told her to halt the servicing until I called again. She would not and stated that I had to explain to her manager. I hung up! Next thing I see is a cancellation charge posted as a late payment through email. I called and had trouble connecting by phone. I insisted I wanted a manager to call me or I would report to the BBB. Two days later I spoke to a manager when he called me. He informed me that I couldn't cancel my contract without paying then out for my contract. All I was asking was to halt the service till I called, their response is to demand I pay anyway. Beware of this service they are not customer service friendly and have a money driven incentive. Pleas pass this review on to your friends considering hiring this company

Came in for an interview and the manager I spoke with sounded interested in hiring me. Asked me if I had questions for him and I asked a few. But I hate it when companies say they will call you with an answer in a few days and they don’t tell you right off the bat your hired or not. Next time just tell an employee that’s looking for work if their hired or not instead of sending them out the door when your mind is already made up. Ps. This is not about the service they provide.

I have been super happy with this company so far and have been with them for a few years now. I was definitely nervous about the contract you have to sign but overall have had no issues. Prior to working with them I had a different pest company and the spiders just kept coming back. I have not had issues and when I have seen a few spiders they came right back over and re-sprayed free of charge. Good Service...Bad Company!!!! They say I signed a CONTRACT??? I tried to skip a spray appointment, but they insisted that I would have to pay, even if I cancelled. What company required a CONTRACT to spray for bugs. They would not return my calls. And the man I spoke with had not been in the USA very long, no comprehension. I am not happy about this company.

Great!! They answered my phone call at almost 6pm on a Friday night and had one of their guys come out to spray my house that Saturday morning at 9am. I understand that they will not always have that quick of a turn around time but they fit me in when they didn't have to. I was very pleased with their customer service over the phone. This company is a joke. sales rep stated first 3 months only pay 79 dollars then after that its only 109 every three months totaling the year for 520.00 dollars and we could call and have someone come out and respray at no additional cost if needed, well they LIED. its an additional fee each time and i was told by the rep i called that my payments were actually 149 every three months because we had a "discount" which is not what the sales rep told me and my husband. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!!!!!!!

These guys are GREAT!! Earwigs and wasps...they were driving me crazy and I had a TON of them EVERYWHERE. I could buy wasp spray by the case and never get them all. Well Edge did. They sprayed and knocked down the nests. Sprayed my perimeters all around the fenceline, garage, shed and house. I could not be happier and am enjoying being outside again without the 'buzz'.

The only problem was that we didn't know they were coming, so the gate to the back yard was locked. We had to reschedule, which went fine, and everything else was very good. They had sent an email notifying us, but it went to an address that we don't check often, so we made sure the primary contact address was up to date. We're sure it will be fine going forward.

These guys do a great job. Yesterday the outside of my home was full of those pesky mosquitoes & little gnat type flying bugs. Today after Edge showed up & sprayed ...... not a bug to be seen. I like the fact that they actually use a hose all the way around the home instead of one of those cheap little sprayers. They get everywhere and are not cheap with their product. Highly recommend ......

Would be zero stars if possible. These guys are crooks! A month after they "sprayed" i was calling them back to come and spray again. There were box elders and ear wigs inside my home. They spray quarterly and was told theyd return if i reported any bugs for free.. After 2 months and my quarterly spray is due they havemt showed so i called them and they told me they had already come out and were using the last visit as my quarterly and charging me. I then found out from our babysitter that these guys never even came into the house to spray! I talked to the managment and was told i had signed a contract so i was on the hook. What about these guys breaking the contract 3 months after it was signed by not delivering services rendered in the contract!?? Horrible now have a $680 bill!!??? Never do business with these crooks!

Today was our second application from Edge. Starting today they are just addressing the exterior of our home. The serviceman did a great job of spraying the areas we asked for special attention to be given to as well as the rest of the perimeter/ exterior. So far, the servicemen that have come to our home have been friendly, professional, kind, patient, and considerate. They have done a great job of ensuring that we understand the agreement and the work they will do or have done. I am currently very happy with this service and company. It was easy to add some special requests to the service with a simple call into the office where they notated our account for the service personnel. Why only 4 stars? Because the price is a little high considering the service agreement is two years and I wish they offered a service to address/ remove wasp nests within our fence (for the life of me I cannot understand why people ever built a fence what was hollow - think 4x4 posts with 1x4 slats on either side... asking for pest issues).

Pushy sales person that just walked right into my garage without hesitation. I said I wasn’t interested and still proceeded to go on with his sale. Was plagued by webs all along the outside of the house and well as having critters inside. My wife and I had actually been talking about hiring a pest control service when an Edge Representative showed up at our door. Very thorough job, inside, the garage, all along the fence line, flower beds, perimeter of the foundation, and the lawn. 30 days later and still no unwanted insects. Their product is safe around pets, has no odor and you cannot tell an insecticide has been applied. Our technician Jacob is very professional and polite. Highly recommend.

Very nice people on the phone and friendly polite techs. Been dealing with an ant problem for the whole year since we bought our house and it's still an issue. I wish they could get to the root of the problem and kill the colony instead of keeping them 75% contained for 6-8weeks at a time. No spiders or other pests in or near our home anymore which is great. But I don't plan on renewing my contract.

I requested a comeback for an unresolved issue. They came the next day. It still wasn't resolved to my satisfaction, which I only made known in a 'rate and review' statement. Must be a great company because they came back and tried a third time at nearly nine at night. The issue seems to be completed resolved, but the five stars are for customer service. Great job Billy.

Called to have a one time spray, but they refused unless I signed a 1 or 2 year agreement. I asked why, they said because the bugs will just come back 30 days later. I understand that but for the people that can't afford another bill especially as high as the quote they gave me. I would absolutely give 0 stars if I could. When they came on the last visit, we weren't home. When I got home there were still spider webs all over the place. I tried calling to complain and they were closed. In the meantime, I had another company come to look at my property and there were ants all over the back fence line. It's like it was never even sprayed. I wouldn't trust that a decent job is being done unless you're home to monitor the process. I tried calling again to cancel my service..... big shock, I was told that I'd have to speak with a manager and there was no manager available. I was told I would receive a call back and once again never got a call back. I tried calling again a few days later and was given the same runaround with no return call. This is ridiculous. I just want to cancel so that I can get a another company to come out and actually do what edge was supposed to do and didn't. I guess at this point I will have to have my bank block charges from them because I'm tired of this runaround. What a TERRIBLE service. Avoid this company and go with a company that will actually treat you like a person and not a number.

We moved into our first house and the to-do list was just overwhelming. I love how Kevin and team showed up, explained what they were going to do, and got to work immediately. They were quick and efficient! P/S: I appreciate Kevin putting on shoe covers every time he came into the house. I really didn't care and it wasn't like they were treading through mud. The thoughtfulness counts. We signed up for a nine-treatment plan and I love how they'll be able to do what they did even when no one is home.

Edge cares about money. They keep credit card and debit card information on file that they have not been authorized to auto debit. Their supervisors and or managers do not return phone calls, nor do they empower their customer service representatives to correct their shady financial transactions. I will be adding my complaint to the others on the BBB that have suffered financial and fraudulent charges by Edge. I had to add a star to post this review. They deserve ZERO stars.

I requested a quote 9:30 PM on a Friday and was contacted Saturday morning at 8:30 am! Great response time! Conor came out the same day, explained to me what he’ll be doing to exterminate etc. All my questions were answered before having to answer them! I would definitely recommend!!!!

I called this company because I have mice. Everything sounded good on the phone. But after they got here, and of course, AFTER I had already signed the service agreement, I discovered that all they do to kill mice is put traps out. Glue traps outside and the spring flip traps inside. I was particularly displease with the spring traps. Once a mouse is caught in it, I have to dispose of it!!! If I wanted to deal with the mice I would have just bought those traps myself for a whole lot cheaper. I called someone to come handle it because I don’t want to deal with them. Additionally, I told the technician that there were some holes in the floorboard behind the stove and asked if he was going to pull the stove out and cover those holes. He replied that he didn’t need to because he had set traps and covered the hole where they are getting in from outside. I also asked if they go under the house in the crawl space and make sure there aren’t mice down there. Again he replied there was no need . If I had known that all they were going to do was set traps and plug holes I wouldn’t have called them! So disappoint and now I’m locked in for a year!

They do an effective job treating for pests. If you have problems between treatments, they come out at no additional cost for additional treatments. We have felt safer knowing it's less likely for venomous varieties of spiders to appear and we have very few wasps due to the fact that we have no nests on our property.

My experience with Edge Pest Control was a negative one. Initially calling the company they were friendly, but in order to abtain an apointment; I felt that I was speaking with a corporation, comparatively, a phone or internet company. (Those phone calls you most undoubtedly dread) Extensively explaining that I much be set up for 2 visits, and not the 1 that I had desired, and with the seconds payment to come directly out of my account. Which I understood to a degree, but as always, and understandably, there is a chance their services would fail at serving it's purpose in aiding our pest problem. This unquestionably, does play a part in my discontentment with Edge Pest Control. Two visits (one scheduled without any notice but a knock at our door) and $219.98 later, there is no decline of the presence of pests in our home. Notwithstanding their attempts, the problem has yet to yield in the slightest to their solution. May it be the lack of or the level of potency, I cannot say. Nonetheless, I have decided to invest my money in a company more suited for the job.

I’d give no stars if I could. -They didn’t treat the whole lawn the first time, but did come back out a second time to finish the job at no charge (obviously the right thing to do). -But I told the worker I wanted them to call before coming out again, and he said no problem. Then they call day of, as they’re on their way out, and luckily I was between patients and able to take their call. They said since I canceled before they arrived they wouldn’t count it (however I later found out that they did not honor that & it was counted). Then I set it up to have them not come out without confirming and I scheduled for October. Then 5-7 additional employees called me to schedule in August. I talked to them once more and repeated myself. They said they’d schedule that, again. Then, they just kept calling & calling. I felt bombarded. They obviously had no intention of respecting my wishes or following through on they said they would do (schedule for October). -Their hyper aggressive sales tactics were too time consuming, and I wanted to cancel. The manager was extremely rude (no wonder the employees don’t respect client’s wishes, shady management practices infects lower ranks). He said he’d charge me $114 to terminate and not do the additional 4 visits....so I’m essentially paying hundreds of dollars for 1 treatment and exceptionally bad customer service. Of course I said no deal, told him to come out & just spray 1 sq ft of my front lawn for the next 4 treatments, & be done with it. -Of course the manager does not respect my wishes either & chooses to terminate anyway so he can charge me the $114. -Unfortunately these clowns will do anything to make extra money while being extremely rude. The problem is in management. The worker (although doing an inadequate job at first, which he did make up for) and customer service reps (although failing to ever communicate schedule preferences despite multiple attempts) were at least polite. Unfortunately, I can not recommend them, and I wouldn’t touch this company with a 10 ft pole. I’ll probably report them to the BBB for shady business practices.
