Nothing but good things to say about SMART. I've been impressed by their communication and all the staff we've encountered. They answered our questions honestly and didn't feel like we were getting "sold" on anything. They clearly laid out the trade-offs between tent fumigation and orange oil treatment for termites. We had our home treated with their Shield, and feel confident with the recurring service that our home will be protected. Nice to work with a company who truly seems to have their customer's property in mind, not just their profits.

Our termite damage became worse after the shield was put in place and the quarterly treatments were done. I wanted to go the environmental route, but it didn't work. Worse, no one would call me back to talk to me about the deteriorating situation. The technicians and office staff are friendly, but the management was no responsive and would return calls regarding a refund. This is the worst experience I've had with a business and it resulted in the most the money lost on an investment in my house. We have since used a termite tenting company and we are finding no droppings or new damage. The review would be no stars, if that was an option.

Smart Pest is a professional, friendly company that took care of my termite problem. Gabe and Daniel showed up on time, told me exactly what they were going to do and then did it. We thought we saw more termite droppings and another tech showed up the next day. I absolutely recommend Smart Pest.
