We had our treated. They drilled holes into cement areas and filled with putty or something. This was messily done and the color did not quite match so we can see all the spots where they drilled. They also did not bother to clean the drill powder. The fine powder is sticky and needs to be scrubbed off. They also moved things so they could spray and did not bother to put these things back. Whether the treatment works has yet to be seen but as far as the total service it was disappointing. My mom even called and she was told someone was coming to cleanup and no one showed up. My mom is filing a written complaint and no way we using this service again.

Henry, Reuben, and Jordan treated my home for ground and dry termites. They were exceptionally polite, professional, considerate of my home and belongings, and thoroughly checked every area for termites and other pests. Their findings were explained well to me. It was a very positive experience with 3 upstanding young men. I didn't have to leave the home or stress my aging pets. They went into my bedroom last and checked it while my cat hid under the bed. I was informed by the inspector that tenting does NOT kill termite eggs. They will have yearly inspections for 2 yrs. and I will continue with a maintenance plan. Ground treatment guaranteed for 5 yrs.

We had the owner Lloyd look at some droppings we found and to our relief, it wasn't termites. He gave us a free evaluation and even sprayed for ants. No charge. He educated us on how to prevent further ant trouble and was as nice as could be. I would HIGHLY recommend you hire Akamai Pest on the Big Island. They were wonderful.

If you have termites in your cabinets do not choose orange oil treatment. These guys have had to come back to my house at least 20 times already. The oil doesn't kill the termites , it just makes them move to a different spot. Also they drill holes in your cabinets and cover the holes with puddy that isn't even the same color so it looks horrible. I want my $1500.00 back. These guys are a SCAM!!
