This is perhaps one of the worst companies in Hawaii I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and I feel compelled to write this review in case anyone is thinking of dealing with these people. Let me start from the beginning. My initial call was greeted with kind, courteous, and prompt responses. Everyone seemed very professional and willing to help me with my roach infestation. I clarified several times that if the initial spray did not fix the problem that they would return until the problem was solved. They assured me that this was the case. A week later the tech came to my house. Very nice guy, very professional. I explained to him that I had German roaches and that this was my 3rd time spraying, and that they were essentially immune to whatever I was using. He said if it didn't work he would come back, but to wait at least a week. The spray didn't kill any roaches, like at all, just as I suspected. I called back and they said they would return with more powerful pesticides. I took off work that morning to ensure someone was there to let him in. No call, no show. I immediately called them and it is at this point that they simply stopped answering my phone calls or responding to any of my messages. A week went by until finally I called from my wife's phone which was answered immediately. That is when the owner explained to me that the tech had a personal crisis and couldn't make it that day. Okay...so why couldn't you call me and tell me that? Why can't we just reschedule? No response, she simply hung up on me and hasn't answered or returned any phone calls since. $100 down the drain. I suspect they decided that since they couldn't get any more money out of me that I was no longer useful. No point in solving your client's problems if you can't get any more money out of them because you didn't fix it the first time. Their behavior was bizarre and extremely unprofessional to the point of silliness. If I can prevent one person from making the same mistake that I did then this review is worth it. DO NOT call this company. If anyone disputes the authenticity of this review I will personally call this company live on video and post it and you can listen to our conversation yourself. They still have not come back to my house nor explained why they haven't come back. Just dead silence. For those wondering what to do about German cockroaches, we found a product that seems to work pretty well. They are called "Hoy Hoy" and you can find them in Wal Mart. Sticky trap with bait in the middle. Very effective - we caught thousands like this. Do not confuse with "Zoro Zoro" another Japanese product but of lower quality (roaches don't like that bait as much for some reason). We also used the poisons with Chlorpyrifos which seem to be very effective as we see their bodies laying around.

I am surprised with the previous critical reviews. I use this company constantly ( I was a property manager, now I am a real estate sales agent, plus I own a few properties) for roaches, bedbugs, termite inspections, etc. They have always been prompt, reliable, knowledgeable, and effective. Plus the price is very reasonable. I am skeptical of the previous reviews because the reviewers say they "met the guy " at the appointment.... I have used this company for years and it is owned by 2 women, and the treatments have always been done by a woman. Regardless, I highly recommend this company.

I am not happy with this company... I called to have them fumigate my house after moving out. I had scheduled a appointment and was quoted 86$ but had to reschedule so I called 3 days prior to the original appointment, I got the answering machine so I left a message and asked them to call me back... I never received a call back so I kept calling till some one answered ( a week later) I would have called someone else but the price was good and they are down the road from us. I finally got to talk to a person and got a new appointment made. my husband arrived at the house and met the guy there and took care of every thing. when he got home I asked him how much the bill was and he told me 150$...the service was horrible and I was charged double what I was quoted.. I am so so ANGRY with this company... I would not recommend them to even the person I hate the most in the world that is how crappy they are. sincerely unsatisfied customer
