I recently called Total Pest Service due to a rat problem we were having. At his arrival, I noticed that the tech himself was the owner. I was excited because I thouhgt that I was going to receive a service better than average. To my surprise, I quickly realized the contrary. No only the price changed to double the price of his competidors, but he was not making sence on what he was doing. It was a “Total” let down. To say the least, I felt very unconfortable letting him into my atic. The next day, I found a more knowledgeable and way cheaper service.I wouldn't recommend Total Pest Services. They are simple not the best choice.

Hired this company to finish off what another company started several months ago, and within 12 days Darin and his team got rid of our rodent issues! Thanks to them, and the work they did we are now much more happier! The quote we were given by other companies were just too expensive, Total Pest Services came back with a cost that was far less than "the other guys"!! Thanks Darin for taking your time and helping sealing our home!

Worst service I have ever receive with any company. Darin is never on time and raises the price of his service every other day . By the time he said he completed the job in my RV, I had to pay him well over the asking price then when we first started. He doesn’t have a clue of how to get rid of rats. After paying a bunch cash money, as he ask me to, I still have rats. These rats even ate some money, I had inside one of my shoe. Darin..... thank you for nothing.

Well I must say this is the best pesticide service in central FL !!! I had service with two other well known pesticide companies with a high rating & they did not help with the issues I was having. So I called several other pest control companies but felt no one really had experience with the Millipede issues I was having, until I called Total Pest Service and spoke with Stephanie she was so professional and knowledgeable! I am so thankful that I found Stephanie because she was the only one to remedy the problem! Thank you Stephanie you’re awesome!

I called truly nolen about a rat issue they tried to overcharge me and wait for them to start in 2 days. Called Total Pest services, Darin was at my house within 30 mins and was able to get started 5 mins after he took my payment. it has been a month and i havent seen evidence of a rat since darin last came by. if i can give this place 10 Stars 5 Would go to the company and another 5 would go to Darin.
