Nothing but the utmost regards for the customer service component of Toro. They were professional, affordable, and well-versed in pest management. If anyone in the Miami-Dade area is looking for a reliable pest management company, Toro is the place to go. One aspect of the consultation I found helpful was the tips in home-improvement to better make this apartment more efficient and prevent insects from entering. The national brands are good, but stick to the mom+pop locations.

BAD SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE SPECIALLY THE MANAGER NAME RAY. WE DID THE TENT NOT EVEN 3 YEARS AND ALREADY HAVE LIVE TERMITES INFESTATION AGAIN. THEIR SALES PERSON VICTOR INSPECTED MY HOME DUE TO THE COMPLAINT I MADE, ARRIVED TO MY HOME AND SAW THE LIVE TERMITES, GAVE THE REPORT TO MANAGEMENT BUT I WAS TREATED WITH A BAD ATTITUDE BY THE MANAGE RAY AND DID NOT OFFER TO TENT OR ANY DEAL FOR ME, INSTEAD HE SPOKE TO ME WITH A LOUD TONE OF VOICE AND YOU COULD TELL HE DID NOT WANT TO HELP IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. THE TENT MY HOME WITH TENT WITH HOLES.

They come out once every season. We saw a tiny little mouse in the house and we called them. They came out the very same afternoon. They said they would check the surroundings of the house, put traps all around, check the stucco around the house as well as the basement and the attic. It was an amazing experience. We had a lot of wasps, which was the reason why we called them. They showed us where the wasps’ nests were. We did not even know we had carpenter beetles. They showed us where they were, extracted all of them and told us what to do. It was a great experience. We just finished our first year with them. We will be signing up for the next year. We haven’t had any issues with them.
