He left and our new consultant; Sal has gone above and beyond...calls to make sure there aren't any issues and checks in to see if they are gone and is just the nicest guy ever to work with! I think he does east Viera/Baytree area and highly recommend.

My wife and I bought our first home 2yrs ago. The lawn was struggling so we decided to call a one of the BIG lawn care companies and the work they did was very shoddy. Specially at the price I was having to pay which was monthly $49 out of pocket. So I looked around and found slug a bug which is a local company here in brevard. I called them out and they gave me a fair estimate, they come out bi monthly and the plan includes fertilizing, spraying for bugs and weed control. They have truly made my lawn into a work of art, I do my part by mowing and they keep it green, bug free and weed free. I'd had a little problem with fungus due to all the rain we've been getting here in FL. I called them and they sent Mr. Kevin out that same day. He did an awesome job as usual and it was free at no extra cost. I Highly recomend this company, if they had stock options I'd buy, that's how solid of a company they are.

We started using Slug A Bug in September 2018 a few months after we moved into our new home. I like the name of it plus I started seeing it around our subdivision quite a bit. The guys are fantastic. Always smiling always friendly explain everything you’re doing. The other day I looked up and saw a dust bunny wiper going across the top of the doorway of my front porch. It was the Slug A Bug people here pulling down cobwebs from there I am from the screen in the backyard to see what insects were trapped in them. He went on to clean every dust bunny he could fine. They do a great job and I get a kick out of writing Slug A Bug on my checks.Would absolutely recommend them without hesitation. We also have three dogs and they always worn as not to let the dogs out for about an hour and a half.

Called me within 30 seconds of an email request for service. Came out to inspect same day. Accurately identified problem as "big head ants", outlined treatment plan, and arranged for service the next morning. Two guys did the treatment, they were polite, friendly, and professional - even offered to remove some foliage limbs that were touching the house while they were here. I don't know yet how the ant battle will unfold, they warned me that multiple treatments would probably be necessary (and included in price) - but I have to say the service and professionalism can't be beat.

I called Slug-a-Bug last Tuesday because my wife has been complaining about all the ants coming in the house. Christine answered and passed me off to Chuck the Inspector who said he’d come take a look. After inspecting the interior and exterior of the house he said easy fix on the ant problem and any other bugs that might try to invade and sold me on $175 initial treatment and $86 every quarter for maintenance treatment. It seems like a lot of money, but the ants drive my wife crazy and I’ve tried all kinds of stuff from Home Depot and I just want peace and quiet and no more damn ants for a change. Chuck passed me off to Joe the Technician who was very accommodating with my schedule and agreed to arrive Wednesday at 7:15am to do the inside of the house so I could leave for work while he treated the exterior. Joe arrived on-time and spent about 30 minutes in the house and garage and completed the outside while I got ready to leave. Joe said he’ll come back in a week or so to treat the exterior once more and that should last for three months until the next quarterly treatment. Overall great experience. Well done, Christine, Chuck, and Joe!!! Kenneth E APPROVED!!!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Slug A Bug family for their act of kindness.They have been taking care of pest control in my home for a least 4 years. Last December I went to Las Vegas to spend necessary time with my sister,who was diagnoised with cancer of the esophagus. Always smiling always friendly explain everything you’re doing. The other day I looked up and saw a dust bunny wiper going across the top of the doorway of my front porch. It was the Slug A Bug people here pulling down cobwebs from there I am from the screen in the backyard to see what insects were trapped in them. He went on to clean every dust bunny he could fine. Accurately identified problem as "big head ants", outlined treatment plan, and arranged for service the next morning. Two guys did the treatment, they were polite, friendly, and professional - even offered to remove some foliage limbs that were touching the house while they were here. I don't know yet how the ant battle will unfold, they warned me that multiple treatments would probably be necessary (and included in price) - but I have to say the service and professionalism can't be beat.

I called Slug-a-Bug last Tuesday because my wife has been complaining about all the ants coming in the house. Christine answered and passed me off to Chuck the Inspector who said he’d come take a look. After inspecting the interior and exterior of the house he said easy fix on the ant problem and any other bugs that might try to invade and sold me on $175 initial treatment and $86 every quarter for maintenance treatment. It seems like a lot of money, but the ants drive my wife crazy and I’ve tried all kinds of stuff from Home Depot and I just want peace and quiet and no more damn ants for a change. Chuck passed me off to Joe the Technician who was very accommodating with my schedule and agreed to arrive Wednesday at 7:15am to do the inside of the house so I could leave for work while he treated the exterior. Joe arrived on-time and spent about 30 minutes in the house and garage and completed the outside while I got ready to leave. Joe said he’ll come back in a week or so to treat the exterior once more and that should last for three months until the next quarterly treatment. Overall great experience. Last December I went to Las Vegas to spend necessary time with my sister,who was diagnoised with cancer of the esophagus. I read all of the glowing reviews and decided to give Slug-a-Bug a try. The office personnel was super helpful and friendly but this is where the professionalism ended. I was told that my technician would call to schedule an appointment and he did. After that it all went downhill. On our initial call he told me that he would call me back to schedule later that morning and I never heard back. So, I called him, no answer. I then texted him and finally got a response. I had told him on our first call that I needed a7:30 appointment, to which he said he could get to me the following week on either Monday or Tuesday. Then, during our text, he offered me Wednesday at 8:30 (scratching my head, I reminded him of my need for 7:30). After letting him know, again, that I need service at 7:30, he scheduled for Thursday (Today) at 7:30. At 7:00 am, he called in sick. Why would a professional company not have back up to cover his territory? Why would someone call 30 minutes prior to an appointment to cancel? Why did I commit to this company? (Still scratching my head)! Needless to say, the inconsistency and unreliability have changed my bug needs forever. I had to kick Slug-a-bug to the curb. So long!

When a tech accidentally over sprayed in one area causing brown area, within a day or so a tech and supervisor came and evaluated the situation and suggested how we would attempt to fix it. They (the tech and company) admitted liability for the error! When that didn't work, the company immediately sent a person to re-sod the area at their own expense. I was pleased that I didn't have to beg for service or resolution to the problem. My name is David Rodgers, I purchased a house that was built in 1956 and made from concrete and Flagstone. My house also had been vacant for over two years. I had a major bug problem. Everything you can think of as the property and house had not been treated in who knows how long. I hired Slug a Bug to eliminate my bug issues. Joe Roser was the technician assigned to my account. Initially he had to eliminate everything., and he did. Then we discovered I had a major ant infestation. Particularly a Big Head Ant infestation, which Joe informed me was not even a native species. My house was particularly very challenging for Joe to conquer this infestation, a major infestation at that. Due to the construction of my house he basically could only treat them on the exterior and interior, not internally in the walls and slab. To add to the challenge next door is an untreated vacant lot and my other neighbor doesn't believe in pest control an has an abundance of decaying and rotting organic and fruit tree matter. Basically a perfect storm for an ant infestation. Joe and Slug a Bug stayed determined to remedy my situation and never gave up. It took several treatments, and finally they conquered my problem, it looked bleep, but they didn't give up.I am now ant and bug free. Their Service is Awesome, Joe Roser is the Best. I would recommend them to my mother. My neighbors across the street have the same problem, but use a different exterminator, with no avail. They are now going to use Slug a Bug after seeing the results at my house. Slug a Bug and Joe Roser...I can't thank you enough, I am a customer for life. You Guys Rock!@@!!!

Slug-a-bug and Stu have been wonderful. Stu is very respectful and I felt comfortable letting him on the property while I was at work. He is always professional. I did not have ongoing pest issues once they started. The price was reasonable for every 3 months of pest control. I highly recommend this company.

I have recently had a problem with some bugs eating my grass. This is not due to Slug A Bug but just conditions that nature has dealt. Every time I have notified this company they have responded the very next day to help solve the problem. While I feel bad for having them come out so much with no charge to me, Jimmy has always shown a cheerful and professional attitude. He took the time to explain some of the problems. And took extra care to add nutrients to help revitalize my lawn. I sure wish more companies had this type of service.

One property was infested with German roaches; nearly impossible to eradicate. But Slug-A-Bug performed miracles: not one German roach remains and within a short period of time. The other property was a rental wherein the property was infested with American roaches, ants and spiders. All eradicated in the first treatment. I would highly recommend Slug-A-Bug.

When a tech accidentally over sprayed in one area causing brown area, within a day or so a tech and supervisor came and evaluated the situation and suggested how we would attempt to fix it. They (the tech and company) admitted liability for the error! When that didn't work, the company immediately sent a person to re-sod the area at their own expense. I was pleased that I didn't have to beg for service or resolution to the problem. I will always use Slug-A-Bug for my property and always tell everyone I meet how honest and reputable a company this is, especially in today's world.

My name is David Rodgers, I purchased a house that was built in 1956 and made from concrete and Flagstone. My house also had been vacant for over two years. I had a major bug problem. Everything you can think of as the property and house had not been treated in who knows how long. I hired Slug a Bug to eliminate my bug issues. Joe Roser was the technician assigned to my account. Initially he had to eliminate everything., and he did. Then we discovered I had a major ant infestation. Particularly a Big Head Ant infestation, which Joe informed me was not even a native species. My house was particularly very challenging for Joe to conquer this infestation, a major infestation at that. Due to the construction of my house he basically could only treat them on the exterior and interior, not internally in the walls and slab. To add to the challenge next door is an untreated vacant lot and my other neighbor doesn't believe in pest control an has an abundance of decaying and rotting organic and fruit tree matter. Basically a perfect storm for an ant infestation. Joe and Slug a Bug stayed determined to remedy my situation and never gave up. It took several treatments, and finally they conquered my problem, it looked bleep, but they didn't give up.I am now ant and bug free. Their Service is Awesome, Joe Roser is the Best. I would recommend them to my mother. My neighbors across the street have the same problem, but use a different exterminator, with no avail. They are now going to use Slug a Bug after seeing the results at my house. Slug a Bug and Joe Roser...I can't thank you enough, I am a customer for life. You Guys Rock!@@!!!
