They are great at getting rid of pests! And pricing is excellent! However, they seem to be a bit unorganized when it comes to main office-field tech-customer communication. I’ve had two issues with them in one week. Although both were addressed and “solved” this is not acceptable for a business. I won’t renew after this year. Scheduling seems to be an issue, especially with office workers not following through with scheduling requests; which causes confusion between the customer and field tech. There are enough headaches in life without having a service I pay for causing more difficulties. Edit: They called and took $25 off the price of my service for my troubles and to change my review.

The first company we hired charged us an arm and a leg and when I called them that I still had bed bugs, they wanted to charge me more to come back. I then called reynolds. They charged me a little more but came back every time I called saying that I still had bed bugs. They were thorough punctual and professional. I recently had a nasty invasion of roof rats that Junior very professionally, astutely, reassuringly and meticulously trapped and removed every other day for several weeks until they were gone, the attic was sterilized, all entry points sealed and external bait boxes laid as future deterrents. While I'm sure the process is the same with all who deliver this service, Junior's special efforts to be reliably on time, to carefully clean-up, to explain next steps and to offer helpful suggestions were beyond ordinary. I've been (and still am) a satisfied Reynolds' customer for a number of services, but Junior is a stand out. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Current have more cinch bug damage they (hopefully) just retreated.
