I have been trying to communicate with a manager or owner for three months to no avail. Tech always shows up, but doesn’t speak English, and directions are not followed I’ve tried to stay here, but no one there cares!

i used this company for pest control for 4 months and then switched to a competitor. I called, and emailed the company letting them know i switched. Several months later i received a bill for services that we never rendered. I have emails and call logs showing my communications with the company explaining the situation. I am still being harassed for 120.00 "due" to them for services never rendered. I have politely explained this numerous times but and getting phone calls and letters that contradict themselves. I cancel the service, and they are continuing to bill me. I have no problem paying for services rendered, but i canceled them through numerous avenues and am still being harassed..

I've tried the all rest, now I get rid of the pests, with Protek. They are good at what they do. In the end, that is what it's all about, getting rid of pests. They are extremely thorough, efficient, and affordable. That is a winning combination.

Continuously billed for services I never received. I live in an apartment complex and just randomly keep getting bills from this company. Nobody ever answers the phone when I call, and after numerous letters and emails...still getting billed...I live in an apartment complex....ridiculous

In August I hired them to resod lawn and install sprinklers. They were great from start. Quick and profesional. Josh was great at explaining system. Unfortunatly not all the grass took. I reached out to them to see if I could replace the dead sod. They said they would replace the sod. Understandable that hurricane Irma came and there would be a delay. I reached out to them and they said after clean up I was at top of list. It is now middle of October and have not herd back from them. I guess now I have to find someone else to replace the dead squares of sod that make my beautiful new lawn look bad. Very disappointed!!! Not professional at all on the follow up at least!

Protect pest control is one of the fly by night pest servicesthat do not use the pesticide that you have to have a license fortherefore they will have to keep coming back each and every month just to keep your pest under control for the most part.

This company is a joke. My wife and I cancelled our service at the end of June. We have been getting letters and phone calls demanding that we pay bills for May and June. We have receipts from this company and credit cards receipts that we have emailed to them. The company continues to harass me and my wife insisting that we pay for these months. Please use another company and don't get sucked in by these crooks.
