I have had good service with the company until recently. I have been billed twice for the same service and trying to get a credit back is impossible. Nobody addresses the issue. I am cancelling my service. There are plenty of pest control companies out there you don't need this aggravation.

Have used them for years. Juan is very nice, and takes good care of all my issues. Very reasonably priced and prompt service when I have issues in between service. Have started using them for iguana control amped have really noticed a difference.

We have used Pest Logic for two years. We live on the water and have been happy with the service. Until we started paying close attention to bills. I have called 4 times to discuss. We are being over billed around $100 a month. I've asked the superviser to call me three times. Everytime I call back it turns out she has been 'very busy'. We have been a great account for them and have referred them. But, we are question our bill and ask for repayment of overfilling and suddenly they are just too busy to return calls, when before calls were returned within 20 min. Something is fishy.
