Being new to the area I asked several neighbors if they could recommend a bug spraying company. The third person I asked had the same reply as the first two "Pauls gets them all!" That was enough for me. Upon calling I was instantly connected to a very pleasant woman, no recording, yay! She was very helpful and told me Mr Howard would be calling me shortly to set up an appointment which he did within an hour. Mr Howard showed up at the appointed time with a pleasant can do attitude! There where no surprise charges except a coupon they provided. The product is excellent. No bugs, no regrets!!! Pauls company is very fortunate to have such gracious and outstanding employees- the woman who answers the phone put a smile on my face and Mr Howard is an all around asset that is proud to back his product.

I was in search of someone to trust my home's needs with, and pulled up several companies with the intention of getting various quotes to make my final decision. However, their customer service displayed during my FIRST CALL and every call since, has been far beyond my expectation. I was asked, "How can I make you smile today?", and it was then I decided to give them a try - but I still wasn't POSITIVE I had made the right choice...At least, not until Mr. Waymond Pugh returned my call the SAME DAY because I was in need of someone ASAP - he came out to assist my needs within HOURS of my call. Paul's Pest Control has serviced our residential and commercial properties for more than 10 years. From ants to nuisance wild animals, they have done it all. Most recently, we had racoons in the attic of a commercial building. Wayman, the service technician, went above and beyond to figure out how they were accessing the attic and how to safely and humanely get rid of them. Fortunately, the racoons left on their own but Wayman cleaned up after them and returned multiple times to ensure they were gone and made suggestions for inside and outside how to prevent it in the future. I have used Paul's for pest control for several years now, for a beach rental house which, at times, can have various pest problems due to it being in a somewhat isolated pine tree forest near the Florida gulf coast. I want to thank Laura at Paul Pest Control for recommending their services. When they say call Paul, we're get them all, they mean just that. Those little creatures called roaches started to creep in heavy. I called Paul, and Laura answered the phone. I explained the situation, and she immediately took action getting my account set up. After that, a technician contacted me to schedule a time to come out to destroy the pest. If you call and ask Paul's technician to come back out, there's no complaining, because the provide the most high customer service. Paul make sure those pest are destroyed. They treat the outside as well. The office manager, Stephanie is always courtesy. She send emails thanking the customers for their service. I am pleased with my technician at Paul. After the service call today I visually checked all sentriron stations. One station was covered with pine straw that did not look to be disturbed. That led me to believe maybe not all of the stations were inspected and baited. This leads me to questions: 1. Are the stations electronically recorded as being serviced. 2. Is the bait pulled out to check for termites. 3. Is fresh bait added to the system. I called and asked to speak to the service technician. Have not received a call back as of 4:28pm.

I recently purchased a home and discovered termite damage that my WDO inspector from a different company missed. I contacted Paul's and asked if they could send someone out to confirm it was termite damage and to look for anything else that may have been missed by the inspector. Charles came out to my home asap. He was very thorough and brought a few other things to my attention. He was kind and professional and very patient with my many questions. He also called me two days later to follow up with me. The WDO inspector took responsibility for missing the damage and is taking care of the problem, so I ultimately did not use Paul's to treat my home. However, I am writing this review because I was impressed by their professionalism and I greatly appreciated their willingness to help, at no cost to me. I would 100% recommend them to anyone seeking pest control services.
