Jesus was amazing. I called in to cancel service because I was Not satisfied with the service.They sent Jesus out to my resident the next day and he was there for less than 2min and was already able to identify the issue. Even doe Jesus didn’t spray or leave any traps behind I was really satisfied with his service. He took his time to walk thru ALL three unit to point out the issue. He took his time to explain everything. I will LOVE to have him as my tech every time.

Charles was professional, informative and thorough. I was guaranteed that the rodent would be caught and 48 hours later, Charles came back to collect the pest. I spent a month trying to catch it and he did it in 2 days. And he cleaned up the decaying mess. The service from Charles and the Orkin office was fantastic.

Orkin techs are always profession. But I have to way that I am upset because they switched from a customer based company to a company based company. It's all about them now. What I mean is that I used to be able to arrange a time for service directly with the tech. Now I am forced to call the office. I can no longer text which is quicker. This week I had to reschedule and was forced to call the office a second time instead of text. A woman confirmed to me that service would be today between 2-4, yet the tech called to ask if he could come earlier because he had me on his list from 4-6. The more people involved in scheduling the more it gets screwed up. Now that Orkin gives a time window, it locks me into being held hostage in my own home. I cannot take a shower or take a nap for fear the tech will arrive at the time I am busy. I hate the new scheduling and am thinking of finding another company that allows me to set up my appointments directly with the tech. Orkin used to stand for great customer service.

By far the best pest control service I will ever have plane and simple. The poison doesn’t sink up the house, the employees are truly friendly and helpful. Even would I tried to think of something to complain about I honestly couldn’t come up with one. I’m terrified of bugs and these guys have me a break from that, until the poison wares off (usually 2 months later). Btw the poison works, i’v had 7-8 inch centipedes that didn’t even make it through the wall, also the outside lady just as long 1 month and 1 week after spray I had 2 large centipedes 11 American (flying) roaches dead up against the side of the house.

I called this morning. Early. Spoke to a really helpful guy that was very patient with me while I texted my husband. He quoted me a price. I thought sounded a little high. He came back with a $50 off initial visit. Instead of $139. He came back with an $89 charge initially and $44 a month with a money back guarantee if we’re not satisfied. No penalty fees if we cancel at any time. They scheduled me an appointment between 10 & 12 that day. A guy named George came and was very nice. He was very thorough & explained everything he was doing. So far we are very pleased with the service. Top notch.

We have 4 English Bulldogs & a parrot, and while appling treatment he takes all of them into account. Ronny and his team were very good at what they did. Ronnie got the birds out of the attic and sprayed it for mites, etc., and the other 2 guys, whose names I didn't get, put the vents on. They were really friendly and it took them no time at all. That was Thursday. So, now it's Monday, 3 days after the bird removal and we (husband, myself and the packers) smell this weird smell, like something died and it is coming from the attic. Hubby called Orkin twice and no one has called us back. Would love to give a 5, but until all is square away, I can't. Something was left behind in the attic. HELP!!! Ronnie came out and did what the company claimed they would do. We are happy with their service and will continue to use Orkin in the future.

I am not happy at all. The technician did not pointed out all the entry and exit points for the rodents. Plus the glue board trap they left could not hold the rodents. They messed up my whole rug with glue in it. I am very disappointed. I thought they would be high tech advanced exterminators. But I could have done the same thing they did in one fourth of the cost. I have not seen the results as of yet but we had a few issues. This was for my mothers home to whom is elderly. 1st it was an issue with the contract I was not informed by the phone rep that a contract would need to be signed when the tech arrives. 2nd the phone rep input the wrong CC information so it came up as declined I was not onsite due to work and had to give CC information to someone else. 3rd once the card showed as declined the service tech stated that he had another appointment to go to and didn’t have time to my niece prior to me giving him the correct CC information. I’m believing that the treatment done to the home will be better than your customer service representatives. As I am a technical supervisor for a company I assure you that this is not acceptable from a customer service aspect.

The service is good. Since using their pest control service, we haven’t seen roaches or had major bug issues. However, they’re customer service is horrible. They are usually very rude and uninformed when calling their local office and their technicians are even worse.

Carlos was fantastic! However the technician is a different story. I sign off on his work assuming that everything was good, especially with him cleaning up behind himself? I noticed the chemicals that he sprayed in the attic was on top of my washer and on the floor. I went out to his truck and mentioned it to him, he was not concern or carrying. Because of him I will only use Orkin for what I contacted and will not recommend Orkin to anyone else. You can not fathom how much potential business you loss?

First of all the service sucks.... the inspector no showed 3 times on me and I had to reschedule 3 times... u can’t reach customer service when u call... u have to pay up front for service for 3 yrs $5,000... maybe that’s why the service sucks .... now when the inspector shows up he tells u what u see in ur house... they don’t want to treat it.... then they schedule a guy to come spray a month later after the so called inspection... I don’t believe this is a real company... it has not gone right sense I spent my money...the commercials are awesome for Orkin.. but the company sucks... I will never ever recommend this company to a rodent let alone a person.... I’m still in disbelief... and don’t bother to call cooperate... it’s a joke... I would love to get my money back.....I cannot believe the bad service we received...

Orkin has poor customer service. The guy was suppose to service my house and never showed up. I told him twice in the past that I had problems with ghost ants. He argues with me about not spraying inside my house. Now thanks to Orkin my Christmas breakfast was attacked by ghost ants. And I think Orkin should pay for it since whatever was put down the last time made even more appear. I never had so many until Orkin called itself treating it. The service guy has a lousy attitude and after the first visit to my house I wanted to cancel my contract. The sales guy was great but that second guy who came to my house need a workshop on customer service.

We have had Orkin for years now, and while I will say we're mostly happy, we're also somewhat miffed. There have been a few times when "ENEMIES" (our name for those R-bugs), and though Orkin has come right away to refumigate, what bothers us is that we recently learned that Orkin will longer fumigate inside unless we report an ENEMY sighting. Yet, over time, our bill has gradually increased while the service has decreased. They claim they use better chemicals that don't require inside spraying, but if that's true, why the perpetual price hikes? We used to pay $70 every two months for inside and outside treatment. It's not like that anymore, on either front (price, nor areas treated). We never signed up to "ASK" for treatment, just like they never have to "ASK" for payment. Seems very one-sided.

The first day my Technician was suppose to come he never arrive. I was charge $95 for a fee that was not even worth the service. The Technician didn't check our garage or nothing. He went in a few rooms and said he don't see the problem. The manager was nice but he was late coming. We waited for a tech for almost 2 days

the company sold me a non tent service to address termites at a rental property. it did nothing to get rid of the termites. the cost was almost the cost of renting the home. they said I had a guarantee on the non tent service, however they then wanted to charge me almost double for putting on the tent. I call to speak with manager who never took or returned my calls. I ended up using a different company that was very professional and took care of the problem. So no I cannot recommend Orkin. I recommend that you save your money and use someone else.

For years I tried to win the cockroach battle on my using, first using natural products, later giving in to more conventional do-it-yourself products, until o.e day I conceded and called Orkin. Our Orkin representative listened carefully to my concerns, laid a plan of action, and his his expertise and range of products was able to get rid of the problem using less quantities of stuff and less nasty stuff than I had used. He also educated me on how some of what I had been using could be worse for my family than I realized because I was applying it incorrectly. Orkin has been very considerate in scheduling and billing matters. I highly recommend them.

Fred from Orkin has always been on time and helpful. We developed a horrible roach situation over the summer so even though the place we live has exterminator pest control, Orkin does not have powerful enough chemicals to keep roaches out of our unit. Even had weekly service for a while, we still have roaches. I know raoches are persistent but I would have thought a well know pest control company would be able to resolve this issue. I keep and have always kept my place clean so even if they are coming from another unit, Orkin should know how to get this under control which is not the case as the roach traps still collect many roaches.

Service rep always contacts me last minute. When I try to find time for him to meet me when I’m home to treat inside the house, it is near impossible to coordinate. Even with the treatments, it never seems to treat my bug issues. That may be due to my proximity to water but I feel like there is nothing specialized about the service that they do to treat my property. Average at best, hence 3 stars.
