I no longer see ANY bugs - dead or alive. Including ants, spiders, and fleas - all chronic problems before I hired NN. My outside tech is CJ and he is so kind and thoughtful and always smiling. My inside tech is Mark and he is also very pleasant and even comes on Saturday if it's more convenient for me. I have been much happier since I switched companies - no complaints at all!

We were pretty depressed when we discovered some drywood termites in our attic. A few of the pest control companies we spoke with were tentative about treatment, saying we could spot treat or tent. Mark, the termite expert from Nozzle Nolen thoroughly inspected the entire house. He reassured us that we discovered the termites before any damage was done, but suggested tenting as the best option to be confident all were eradicated..Needless to say, we were not looking forward to this, but Kevin from Nozzle Nolen helped us prepare. When the tenting crew arrived, they were professional and careful not to damage plants or any part of the house. Alex, the foreman, paid a lot of attention to detail, including the security of our home during the process. Nozzle Nolen made an unpleasant situation as pleasant as possible. There is a certain feeling of confidence you have when you're working with professionals. I'm glad we chose Nozzle Nolen.

The fumigation went fast. However the communication between the people who fumigate and the customer is nonexistent other then setting up the appointment I wasn't told what time they'd come, when my house was cleared until 2 hours after it was when I dropped by and I wasnt notified that it was finished or who was going to give me a combination or open the lockbox. Had to talk with 3 different people to get someone over there to open my house up since the guy who scheduled me wouldn't answer his phone.

My experience with Nozzel Nolen was absolutely wonderful. I have lived in several States and have used a variety of Nationally known companies in the past, however, Nossel Nolen far surpassed any experience that we had with these other Pest Control Companies. Nozzle Nolan sent out a Technical Consultant, Brandon Burke, who very professionally discussed, and educated both my husband and myself about the type of pest problem that we had, and why we have it. The information was extremely helpful. Mr. Burke had a no-nonsense, informative, intelligent approach that was both thorough, and very professional. We never felt pressure to sign an expensive contract, and felt that this entire experience was far superior to any that we have ever had in the past 40 years of living in the Southeast with these types of pest problems.

Not the best experience with Nozzle Nolan. Their price point was a little on the high end relative to other services, and I was expecting exceptional service. Obviously, it did not measure up. 1. I asked the technician to let me know in advance when he planned on stopping by to do in-home work. He would call me when he was already at the house and I would have to run out of work and get home to let him in. I wouldn't even know what day he was supposed to come by. 2. I got rodent treatment. They set traps with some bait, but they didn't catch anything. They were supposed to do a total exclusion of the home (which means they cover all possible entry points into the house.) They only covered a few and I had to ask the technician. He said those areas aren't covered. I had to call the office and they put me through to the sales person, fortunately he had them do the work that he originally promised me. Why I had to call? I don't know. 3. The exclusion work they did was ugly, really obvious and hurts the aesthetics of the home. They screwed in metal mesh over the holes from the exterior.. 4. I could have went to Home Depot and bought traps myself, screwed in the metal mesh the way they did and saved hundreds of dollars. The only thing they did, that I couldn't do myself, was sterilize the attic as they call it. 5. They didn't really explain the sterilization process to me. Said it would take an hour, but not that my house would be unavailable for 4 hours after the fact. 6. The technician would track rat feces all over everything in my closet (leads to the attic) and would get insulation all over the house and not clean up anything. I had to rewash all my clothes, when he could have either taken more care, or just asked me to empty out the closet which would take a minute. Overall, poor communication, poor attention to detail, shoddy work I could have done myself, and all at a premium price. I don't understand how everyone else gave such raving reviews when I could have hired anyone else and saved some money and some stress. Lesson learned. Update 1/20/17: Contacted Nozzle Nolen again and they are very apologetic and doing quite a bit to remedy the situation. Added 2 stars for their customer service. Can't give them anymore than that at this time because it should have never had to come to this. Will update again as work proceeds.

Quality of products is poor. I pay for a monthly service and never see them accept when I have a bug infestation they're more than happy to show up and charge an arm and a leg. Oh and if you get their termite protection make sure your covered for ALL types of termites.

I live in an apartment complex that uses this company for pest control. They were first called to the apartment for a cockroach and roach issue. After they came I requested they be sent to my apartment every week until the issue is resolved as both my son and I are allergic. The person came to my home today. I opened the door for him to come in and start putting pesticides down. However he did not come in right away and when he did he just looked around. He asked where we were seeing the bugs. I showed him and he looked in the guest bathroom and said that we were going to see more bugs because before the bugs die they lay eggs and about 15 roaches hatch. I advised that I need to have the apartment rid of roaches because my son and I are allergic. He told me that there was no way we could be allergic to roaches. There is no scientific research supporting that. Hmmmmm... I will have to let my allergist know that they were incorrect. I was then told to pour bleach down my drain. I advised I am allergic to bleach as well. Then the gentleman told me I live in south Florida and I am going to see the occasional roach. I advised that the sightings are not occasional and I have lived in South Florida for 15 years and could count on one hand how many I had seen in my home. I was then told it doesn't matter where you lived you are here now. I then pointed out that he said I will see the bugs because I live in S. FL but now it doesn't matter. He then said I am not going to argue with you and WALKED OUT!!! I called after him and chased him advising he didn't spray and that I needed him to spray. He continued to his truck and drove off. I guess the gentleman has a medical degree. He is obviously in the wrong profession!!

Watch their billings. Gave them a new credit card in March and they rewarded me by charging my credit card twice in March. In April I called and explained the problem and the person said she would issue a credit. Instead she charge me again. Now I'm owed two months. I called a week ago Monday and explained the problem. Left a voice message for the person in charge- Brandy- explaining the whole problem. Never received a phone call back. Called again this Monday and was promised a response- guess what? No response. Called again Tuesday and was again connected with Brandy's voice mail and left an additional message explaining again. Of course, no response, There is no reason why a service organization can't respond to a valid billing issue. Service doesn't end with the pest control service, it continues on to the office. Don't trust them and give them your credit card- Get the bill every month and pay by check month by month.

Been a customer for years for a rental property i own. Each time a new tenant lives in the building i always call nuzzle nolan and let them know the new tenants name and number. Im on the gold plan which means they should be scheduling visits every other month and guarantee a pest free home or they will come out at not cost to take care of the issues. My tenant called me and explained that there are roaches, ants and mice and wanted to know if i could get a pest control service to come to the unit. When i called nuzzle nolan asking why havent u been coming out to my unit, their response was they have been coming out and spraying outside...but only come inside as needed, also that they were never instructed to call ahead to schedule an appoint to go in the unit. Well i told them that was bullcrap. nuzzle nolan even had my current tenants name and number on file but have never called the tenant or me to schedule a service visit. But nuzzle nolan does a fantastic job billing me even though they cant properly or regular spray the rental unit or call the tenant to schedule a pest control spraying service. What a joke!

I tried for 2 months to get Nozzle Nolen to come to my condo because they needed some sort of permit that their manager Sandro and even owner, Mandy Nolen told me they were working on getting from day one. Mandy even knowingly set an appointment up for me without having the permit she knew they needed only to have them turned away at my condo. I wish they would have just told me it was not possible instead of having me wait 2 months to do rodent sanitation. I was told they were handling it, but they just pass the blame along to other workers. SANDRO is the worst...He told me he would personally take care of this and then completely forgot. Useless.

I know with Ian, I'm getting the right treatment for my lawn and home pest control, and my if I get an Invader of any type, he's a phone call away, even when he's on vacation. Communication of beginning tenting time and taking off poorly handled....came in when told all OK, and my eyes began to water and were irritated. Called 2 X over the next 2 days to be certain all was OK and I should live here...yes was their answer. My cleaning lady came three days later and she noticed the eye irritation.... After the problem became very public about the youngster with brain damage, please be careful. I am not convinced we re-entered our home at the right time.....

Nozzle Nolen has been annually inspecting my house since they handled tenting to eliminate dry wood terminates perhaps 8 or 9 years ago. I lucked out choosing Nozzle Nolan among a plethora of competitors... primarily because of their customer service rep at that time, Jimmy the Eye, who made my life much easier during the difficult process. Since then, nice guys have come out every year for the annual inspection. This year, Dave Foley was the inspector. He was courteous, funny, and carried himself in a way that made me feel confident about his knowledge and ability. Turns out I have some dry wood termite activity, and Dave spot treated where needed. I feel confident Nozzle Nolan will continue to service my account well.. Here's hoping I don't eventually to tent again, but if I do, I know they'll take care of me. Highly recommended!

Two stars for Nozzle Nolen. Zero stars for Kevin O'Neal In September 2015 Kevin O’Neil treated my 87 year old mother’s home for subterranean termites. In June 2016 the house was retreated under warranty when Formosa termites were discovered. It was good of Nozzle Nolen to identify the problem and fix it under warranty. However, Kevin O’Neil , the responsible technician, executed the treatment in a very careless manner (damaging antique pottery, plants and fruit trees). The work was not completed in one day as promised and several follow-up calls and two weeks were required before Mr. O’Neil reappeared. A week or so after he had finally declared the work finished I was disappointed to discover that all the work had not been completed and that he had neglected to completely treat all areas and a further visit was required. In summary, Mr O’Neil’s work is shoddy and his attitude was disrespectful to an elderly client.
