After trying many companies and being constantly frustrated by the lack of information on the toxic chemicals they are using to control pests. Nature Pest was efficient, effective and affordable and they explained their process and the natural ways they use to get rid of our ant problem and it finally worked. Waste of money. After spending a whopping $350 a week later the ants were back. I wanted something “organic” since I have small children. I’ll do it myself next time. Just use essential oils and follow the trails. Smh very disappointed

I moved in to a new apartment and when i was unpacking i noticed boxes with roaches coming out of them and freaked out, my friend recommended them so i called them i told what happened and that i didnt want any harsh sprays because i had a newborn frank assured me that he could take care of it without spraying. they came performed the service it took about 45 minutes he explained everything they were going to do by using baits and that was it, after about 4 days i saw no more roaches. these guys really know their stuff. I highly recommend them

I am a new mom who lives in Miami Beach and I called Frank at 9am this morning with a serious concern that I found a bed bug. Frank called me back within the hour, and even though he does not service my area, he provided me with recommendations and offered to look at a picture of the bug I found. I texted him the picture and he identified it as a German Roach and proceeded to explain the best way to treat it and sent me a link to a very informative podcast so that I could ask (whatever company I do use) the right questions. I wish Frank did service my area because I would hire him in a second! He is very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful.

I used NaturePest to eliminate a roach problem in my house. There was literally 1000+ baby roaches that were hatched from the eggs of a single pregnant female roach. Using baits and silica gel dust (a nontoxic treatment not available from regular pest control companies), Frank was able to eliminate all of the roaches and my house is now roach free. The treatments were placed within walls and below cabinets, where nobody in the family could access them (I have a toddler so this is very important!). He also came to my house on Saturdays for my convenience since I work all week. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't mind if you question him about the products used. Definitely recommend this business for anyone seeking to use the least toxic measures available to eliminate a pest control issue.

Neighbors recommended a treatment, we tried it but it didn't work, we googled what to do and did that -didn't work! We self treated with the most expensive stuff we could buy at Home Depot and did everything recommended by google, but still had them everywhere. We gave up and called the professional, Frank came and treated once and told us all we should do ( Forget google Frank gave the advice worked!) It's just 1 week later and no more roaches, Frank will be back in 3 weeks for a second treatment and we can't wait because he might just get a hug!
