I will not recommend this pest control company to anyone..... At first everything was fine talked to a very nice lady on the phone set up service paid the first fee told her everything I needed and she reassured me of what all little buggies it would take care of but then when the man came out to spray he wanted an extra $120 I very dislike hidden fees or someone trying to get over on people

Was treated with disrespect on the phone. Asked to speak to a specific rep who had been helping me previously, and the operator refused and assured me if I repeated the long list of info I had given the other guy, he could help me just as well. He lied and said the other guy wasn’t even in the office that day, but I had just spoken with him 15 min earlier. I give 2 stars because the first guy was nice, the prices looked good, but the second guy was pushy and rude. I went with another service based on this experience.

I have been using McCall for about 6 years. Shortly after we made the investment to re-sod our entire lawn. We wanted to make sure we took care of our new law so we hired McCall. Every year our lawn is getting worse and worse and I have complained but there where no improvements. We are at the point that we have to re-sod our front lawn. If you ask me when you pay for a service you should get The benefits of what you are paying for. You shouldn’t have to call them up and tell them you have weeds you shouldn’t have and your grass is dying when it shouldn’t be. They should see how it is when they come out to spray, report the issue, and do what needs to be done to fix it. Not let it get worse every year. It’s my mistake I kept giving them chances to make it right and took so long to fire them. Very disappointed in how much money we waisted on them.

Our PCO is Ken and I must say he is very responsive, and dependable. Whenever we have a issue he always answer to either come out and take care of the problem himself or get someone else out to us in a short time. The only issue that I have is our site map is outdated for instance the formatting is very old. Otherwise as far as service to the plant overall Ken has done a great job for our company.
