Santiago, the technician, provided the most professional and caring service from the inspection to the recommendation and time of the treatment everything was done excellent. This business is inexpensive for a reason. They do not get any job you pay them for done. They get paid and barely cover the surface of your issues. They also do not fully disclose information regarding treatment in the paperwork. When you call to try and resolve your issues with their work they'll tell you you're lying and you're wrong and they'll assure you they won't be doing anything until you pay them again for the job they didn't get done the first time. I lost most of my savings to this business and they didn't get rid of my pest problem. Everyone needs to go to another company, this one will steal your money!

Manning Brothers has taken care of my home for 20 years now! Never an issue, polite, courteous and run like clockwork as they know my quirks and schedule better than I do. I consider them part of the family. I am highly allergic to chemicals, have a 32 year old parrot, furkids and occasional kids crawling around but NO bugs! Safety is a huge concern for me, they just make everything easy! I've referred them to so many friends and neighbors that were constantly infested because the service companies they used simply didn't care. I've never heard a complaint from anyone once they started using Manning Bros, staff is awesome!

I had a bad experience with this company. I own a unit in downtown fort lauderdale and the day my new tenant wanted to move in she found bugs in the unit. I immediately called Manning Brothers Pest Control to come out and do a treatment. They came out the same day, which was nice. Here is what was not so nice: 1. My tenant re-inspected the unit with another pest company the next day, they still found alive bugs and said the treatment was not done properly as the source was not removed. Manning Brothers did not even look in the cupboards! Very poor performance. 2. They promised they would send me my receipt and report the next day, they did not even though I called to follow up. 3. They quoted me $365 for the service and the other pest company we went with after only quoted $165 for the same thing. What a ripoff. I will not even fight with them, I am going to call AMEX and have the charge reversed since we have ample proof they did not perform up to par. Everyone I interacted with at Manning Brothers was very friendly and courteous, which was a plus (thus 2 stars instead of 1). In the end though, I needed the bugs removed, and that did not happen.

I found their promotion on "angies list" for preventive outside and inside pest control. Called to ask a few questions. operator was very professional and explained everything that would be. purchased in the service. I didn't think I could get same day service, but the rep said If I like, someone could be at my home in the same day to perform the work- Great! Roger the tech arrived, and was courteous and Professional. He explained types of treatments and detailed what my service was and its limitations. the bottom line is; there are businesses who care about their customers, and will try to give the best Job possible, and other businesses who want to give you the least amount of service to take your $$$ and run.

After experiencing ants in the kitchen, we called Manning Brothers based upon reviews on the web. The scheduling was easy, and the technician arrived timely. The company doesn't quote a price prior to arrival - They quote the price after reviewing the circumstances. The pricing seems higher than what I've paid for comparable services in the past, but we did use their services, the technician was friendly and efficient, and we haven't experienced problem in the day since the service. I don't anticipate using their services again based upon their pricing versus other pest control companies, but hopefully the services provided will last for a while.

BE WARNED … Hired Manning Brothers “exterminate” a German Roach infestation … while they were always nice ... they did not get rid of the bugs….rather hooked me into a monthly “maintenance” visit. Initially they “sprayed” the entire unit and put “powder” in the electrical outlets and a few other places where the bug had been spotted. Bill $360 … At the time he said, “You will never totally get rid of them” … … the then said I would need a monthly visit to spray again …this went on for a year and a half monthly fee 90 bucks. They never resolved the bug problem but did milk me for a monthly fee… so I stopped using them. Did a little more research …found out that it is common practice from “real exterminators” to use professional grade roach bait like “Syngenta - Advion Cockroach Gel Bait – Insecticide” I ordered 4 30 gram tubes for $31 via Amazon …watched a couple videos on You Tube and followed the directions. After fighting a German roach for some time and paying Manning Brothers 100’s of dollars … To my amazement …within in a few days after applying dabs of the Advion Cockroach Gel Bait… the roaches were GONE GONE GONE. Ummmm Manning Brothers were more interested in the money as opposed to doing the job they were hired to do!
