My experience as a customer of Liberty Pest Management has been awesome! These guys are the real deal. My house backs up to miles of conservation and thus controlling pests is an ongoing job. After dealing with several of the "big names" in pest control-who were all unsuccessful-by the way- I was fortunate enough to find Liberty, and I have not had a single problem since their first visit. I signed up to have quarterly pest management, and it's the most affordable and effective service I have seen since I moved to Florida over a decade ago. They diagnosed my problem accurately the first time, and I was really impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. In addition, if you are tired of dealing with call centers or having to schedule or discuss issues with people who don't know what you are talking about- try Liberty. I have only called a couple of times but I have called at odd times, like 7 in the morning or 8:30 at night, and one of the owners always answers. They know what they are talking about and they really do care about whatever problem you are having. I didn't know businesses like this still existed anymore! I am so glad I found them, and my advice is if you are tired of paying too much for sub-par service where it is a pain to schedule or get in touch with someone who knows what they are talking about-call Liberty asap-you won't regret it!

I could probably write pages and pages of how happy we are that we found Liberty Pest! For a few months, we have had some tiny little ants that sneak around the kitchen, and get into our sweet things. After all of our home remedies were exhausted, we contacted Liberty. My main concern was having pesticides around the house, since I am currently expecting. We had the pleasure of meeting Mark, and upon minutes of his visit, he asked to see the trouble areas, and even checked other parts of the house for possible crevices that these ants could come in through. He placed really small droplets of a substance that 1: attracted them to determine what they are, and where they were coming from, and 2: to diagnose the issue, and give us a realistic treatment option. Even though they were ghost ants, he took his time addressing all of our questions and concerns about the issue. I was not home when he was there, but my other half was, and Mark even took the time to call me and explain all of the steps that he was doing, AND reassuring that this was the best and a very safe route for any pregnant mother. Any other pest control company I have dealt with in the past, would have just come to the house, spray a bunch of unknown substances around, and ask for your money. Liberty took all of our needs into consideration, while making sure that we won’t have anymore of these “ghost ants” just in time for the baby to make its appearance. Thank you again. Best decision.

I highly recommend this company for rat and squirrel removal! We have been experiencing a problem in our home for more than a month both in the garage and in our attic. After receiving many opinions, looking on YouTube, and also receiving assistance from our own pest company to help us locate and exterminate the problem, we quickly realized that we were out of our depth! By the time Mark got on the scene, he could see that we did our best but what we did actually set us back in the removal process as we almost completely trapped them inside our attic and found out that they would have eaten through our roof! Within 15 minutes Mark found two areas where they were accessing our home. He was very patient in explaining the habits of the different animals and how to successfully evict them. After two weeks we are almost finished with the process. I feel extremely confident in guiding my friends to this company and to Mark’s expertise. I’m also grateful that the service includes weeks of monitoring to make sure that the process is truly done.

I was having a terrible problem with native fire ants. They were literally taking over my house. First floor and some places upstairs. My first meeting, Eddie arrived right around 10AM and left around 11:35AM. Treated the entire home, filled the tubes, treated the outside walls and laid down granular treatment as well. He provided valuable education about ants in general, but also about the products and treatment methods and how they work. He even showed me how and where the ants are getting in! They are pretty sneaky! He proactively let me know what to expect over the next couple of days and how to communicate with him should I have any concerns down the road. He was patient and also took the time to inform me about safety protocols with the treatment and how it could effect my animals should they come in contact. He made sure that I tucked them away for an hour or so to ensure they do not come into contact with any wet product. Overall, I could not be more pleased with my introduction to Liberty and Eddie. His patience, desire to educate, and willingness to take the extra time with me and my home truly shows he is the right person for the job. To add, I have not seen a single ant or any other insect since. I've been with them for the past 9 months. Each visit is just as professional and courteous as the first. I'm truly happy and beyond satisfied with my services and Eddie!

Liberty is/has been very professional and easy to deal with. They always notify me in advance when the technician will be in my area. I started with them almost a year ago after trying two other service providers. Liberty educated me on what I should be doing to prevent any problems at my home. On the first visit the technician took pictures around my home, He then showed and explained to me that little settling cracks , caulk separation and other problems were areas provided pest an opportunity to enter my house. WOW! Is all I can say. Liberty Pest Management, LLC has been taking care of our rodent/pest needs for the past 6 years. From coming to my house late at night on a week night and catching a huge rat years ago to texting with me until 10:00 p.m. last night to try to get pictures of the mystery roaches in my garage that only come out at 9:30 p.m. at night and then showing up first thing this morning at 7:30 a.m. to investigate, move mulch bags out of my garage, and most importantly, educate me on EVERYTHING we have been doing wrong with regards to allowing pests into our garage and house all before I had to be to my office. I can't say enough good things about this company. I called on a Friday afternoon in a panic because a rodent had gotten into my car and left droppings everywhere. Cup holders, seats, my daughter's stroller and carseat, you name it, they had been there. Mark from Liberty, reassured me he would move around some appointments to make sure he was able to come and help that same day. He arrived within an hour and searched the car, attic, our roof, garage, and inside the house for roaches, which we also had a problem with. He was thorough, reassuring, and professional. I am sure everyone has heard the saying, "the grass is always greener on the other side," I can tell you that this isn't always the case. About a year ago, on a recommendation from a friend, I cancelled my service with Liberty and switched to another company. After only a few treatments I knew it was a horrible idea. From the customer service to the quality of the treatments, this new company wasn't even in the same league. After realizing my mistake, I called Liberty back. Two days later they were back at my house treating me as if I was a lifelong customer. Their professionalism and quality of treatments is second to none. Would give no stars if it were an option. Used them for about a year and a half in the office for pest control. Our main complaint was an issue with small flies in the office and over the year and a half of treatment they could NEVER get rid of them. We cancelled service and in error on our part we were late processing payment on the final bill and they threatened us with liens and court filing fees and turned a $117 bill into $850. What a nice way to treat customers for an oversight. You all NEVER made any visits to this office to collect so don't make that story up. And yes we were late but you are ridiculous. And we still have an issue with the flies you were never able to resolve in a year and a half of treating.

Back in August 2016, I began routinely seeing pests in my home despite having bimonthly pest control services. I did some research online and found Liberty Pest Management to be highly recommended. John promptly returned my phone call, answered my questions, gave an estimate for different services, and explained why my current services were not working. First, the prior company did not use monitoring devices or request samples of pests, essentially blindly treating my home. Second, the techniques used were baseboard spraying and bait. John mentioned baseboard spraying is outdated, and later Mark explained how the two techniques don't go well together as one is a repellent and the other an attractant. Mark scheduled a visit with me the very same day I called! He investigated my home, moving appliances, searching through cabinets, etc. He spent time educating me, pointing out conditions around my home conducive to pests (especially outdoors), giving suggestions about preventing pests, answering my numerous questions, and discussing treatment options and how to best proceed. I felt that he was honest and genuinely cared about the problems I was experiencing. Both John and Mark are extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful, and committed to providing exceptional customer service! I'm relieved to find a company that is truly invested in their customers and highly recommend them, especially if you have pets in your home and are concerned about their safety/well-being. Mark was extra careful placing things out of reach of my mischievous cats! Two years later and I am an extremely happy Liberty customer!!

We have been a very satisfied customer of Liberty Pest for over two years now. Since day one, the customer service has been outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and take action to solve the pest problems we have experienced. Their prices for quarterly services are fair and well worth it. But the best thing I can say about them is that they have INTEGRITY and CARE!! When I call, all I have to do is say my name and address and they immediately know who I am and the services they have done at our house. Our landlord has been extremely slow to fix a mold problem in our garage and other areas of our house. The mold and moisture has created an environment where we are having more issues than normal with bugs. And it’s been an ongoing issue for almost two years now. Each time I have talked with Liberty Pest about our issues, they provide prompt service calls and go above and beyond to help us with the situation we are battling not only with bugs, but also with our landlord. And while they are at our house, they educate and provide additional suggestions on things we can do to help alleviate the bug situation even more than what they have already done. Several years ago we started using Liberty for an interior ghost ant problem. Dean was able to fix the problem and we were ant free for years. Before consulting Dean about a recent mosquito problem I consulted and hired another company to handle both mosquitoes and pests. I deeply regret my decision, within 2 months the ants were back and the mosquitoes never went away. Lose, lose on my part, lesson learned. Highly recommend. Was having issues in our rental home with roaches. The rental company we use sent out a BS pest control company who did not resolve the problem or provide me with any info. I found liberty pest management online, and since they had so many positive reviews, gave them a call and was not disappointed. All the employees I've encountered have been kind and informative. Mark (I think was his name), came out one time because we were still having some issues. He had some suspicion about the house, since something kept attracting the roaches to us. He did a deeper inspection, and thanks to him he found a mold problem in the house that I most likely would've never discovered. That is another problem in itself. As a Director of Operations for another local Family Owned business I have pretty high expectations on service, value and professionalism. Liberty met and even exceeded all of them. I called Liberty after a different local pest control company never showed for the appointment. I spoke to the owner of Liberty who was so helpful and understanding. He called his technician, Ed and asked him to come out to my house to help me. They typically close at 3:00 on Fridays and Ed still took the appointment even though it was well past 3:00. Ed was so nice and knowledgeable. Explained what exactly the issues were and how he planned on remedying them. He was sweet to my son and granddaughter and even concerned about my pregnant daughter who had stopped by. He didn't want her exposed to the spray. We were very impressed by that. Liberty was quick to get back to me for my request for services and I was treated well by both the technician (Ed) and his sales counterpart on the phone. Before scheduling the service, they made sure to understand why we were asking for their services and went over the pricing options including promotions/discounts. They then were able to accommodate my schedule with relatively short notice. While performing the initial inspection and application, Ed was very thorough in discussing common issues, bugs, and how to best follow up to ensure things were working as planned. It's been about a month since that application and we've only see a couple of dead bugs since then. I would recommend them to anyone in the area seeking help with any critters that are trying to invade their living space.

I recently had a rodent problem in my attic which really freaked me out! First I contacted a wildlife removal company, and their estimate to take care of the problem freaked me out even more! John Korte of Liberty Pest Management responded to my inquiry on a Sunday, and sent Mark out the next morning. I was skeptical at first because Liberty is known as an insect management company. But Mark did a thorough inspection, including taking pictures of all the openings where the rats were able to enter. He gave me an estimate to seal the house, set traps, monitor for several weeks, and then clean up -- everything the other company was going to do -- for less than half the cost. More importantly, the service was excellent throughout the process. Mark explained everything in detail and answered all my questions including some panicked phone calls at odd hours. Best of all, the rodents are gone, my house is sealed against future invasions, and I can sleep easy once again. Liberty is a local company so when you use them you are supporting our community. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I strongly recommend them -- whatever kind of pest you have.
