Dennis gave me 45min notice that he was coming to treat my home on Friday. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate him and he never showed or called. Manager made excuses for him and said I misunderstood and he was coming a different day. Dennis clearly stated he would be at my house within the hour. No misunderstanding on my part. Not good customer service especially to blame the customer. My time is valuable, I’ll find a more reliable company.

I thought sure when I got the invoice that somehow it would higher for some reason or another (because that always seems to happen), but not here. The invoice was exactly what the quote was for. I paid it and later that afternoon received the report I needed for the re-fi. I currently have a different company doing my pest control, including termite control, but they don’t do inspections which is why I needed someone else. Daniel knew that yet gave impeccable service, let me know what other services they could offer, but did not in any way try to “sell” me the other services. Just because of the quick and awesome service, and great attitude, I am considering changing to Impact for all my services. I can highly recommend them especially in this day and age with mostly poor customer service. Thanks

He was very patient and offered suggestions as to how I can maintain and care for my lawn and shrubs so they look healthy and disease free. I appreciate that he asked if I had any other concerns and if there was anything else he could do. He suggested that I could add the service of spraying my arcadia palms to fertilize them and help prevent yellowing of the palms which he had noticed. He is an asset to the company and I am grateful for his service.

When we first moved into our house, we discovered it was infested with case making clothes moths from previous owners. UGH!! Impact came out several times a week and even enlisted the help of an entomologist to eradicate them totally. I did not have to keep calling; they were proactive. I have never had a service company show such persistence to resolve a problem. Their work ethic is commendable. They are always professional and a pleasure to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for great pest control and service.

I'm a local realtor and my buyer used Impact for their termite (WDO) inspection. The inspector found no signs of termites but did find a piece of decayed would on the garage side door threshold. They checked 4 boxes because of the piece of decayed wood in the garage ( Visible, Live, Evidence & Damage boxes checked for WDO's). I have no problem with them checking the boxes because decayed wood is considered a WDO. The problem is that the buyers lender asked for an email stating that their were no visible signs of termites at the time of the inspection and Impact would not provide that. It was a simple request for an email stating something that I was told over the phone a dozen times. How can 2 different people tell me that there were no signs of termites at the property but I cant get a simple email saying just that? This was the last thing we needed to close the deal but now we had to order another inspection from another company to tell us something we already know and it is delaying the closing. Cliff notes... Impact would not stand behind their inspection and write a simple e-mail that "they didn't see any termites at the property", when they really didn't see any signs of termites during the inspection.. Never again

No way! Save your money! My grass looked better before they started treating it. St Augustine grass died and now lawn is infested with weeds. Dead grass keeps spreading even though they say they've treated it. Now they won't replace the dead grass and told me that I'm responsible to do that. Their serviceman Alonzo showed up on time and gave us an overview of his process for checking Termite traps. He was very knowledgeable and customer friendly. I am happy with this service and feel confident that Termites will not be a problem at this house.
