We have used another company for 3 years and have had a constant problem with ants all through the house. My neighbor recommended Dave's Pest Control. I called Dave's and explained my problem. They sent an inspector to my house the same day to inspect my home and give me a free estimate. The inspector found the where the ants were coming from within the first 10 minutes. He gave me a great price to treat. After 2 treatments we are ant free.

We brought bed bugs home from a business trip and were horrified. I called several friends to see who they would recommend and they all said to call Dave's Pest Control. We called Dave's and were very impressed with their knowledge and expertise in eliminating bed bugs. They quoted us a great price and emailed us a complete prep sheet of all we had to do to prepare the house prior to the treatment. The serviceman came out the next morning and did a great job. We are now bed bug free and highly recommend Dave's Pest Control.

Daves is good for homeowners. But the online accounting and billing system isn't good for businesses that have Pest control services at multiple addresses. For example if you want to pay your invoices online you must have 1 email address per property. So if you have 10 properties you must use 10 different logins with 10 different email addresses.

I received a telephone call from the new owner. My issues were completely resolved to my satisfaction. I am quite impressed that I got immediate attention and hope to do business with them in the future. It's not often when a business recognizes and accepts responsibility for shortcomings. I applaud the new owner. Three out of the last four treatment appointment times have been missed. I have to take off of work as we have animals, to let them onto our property. I have missed a total of six days of work for them not showing up when they said they were going to and then having to take another day off for the newly rescheduled service day. Totally unprofessional, not even a telephone call saying that they were delayed or not coming at all. I am through with them.

I have never seen a company that would drop someone who paid for service because of personal feeling towards a person. I guess if because I quit the company, I'm not good enough to be a customer. They would care less about the service I paid for out of my pocket for my lawn. #6 of their core values is dignity and professionalism...what was done is not professional!!! Update: After the owner received this review, I was asked 3 times to remove it. He then tried to turn the tables and say I threatened him. He does not like that this review was made and is not handling this professional.

had to get rid of roaches, they came 3 times and no results . they don't want to solve the problem, i don't care paying them but they don't even pick up my phone calls anymore, leave a message to the manager and never calls me back. it seems that they just took as much money as they could and don't care. i don't want my money back i pay them again if i have to i just want to solve the problem. gave them enough time to do business . don't seem to care.

Not a day goes by that someone doesn't comment on how great my lawn looks.
