I would almost go so far as saying I wished I needed Prodigy's services more often; that is how great Matt is to work with! I recently thought I might have an issue when I woke up after sleeping at a hotel with bites on my legs. I called Matt and he made time for me right away, like within a day of my call to him. He is RIDICULOUSLY busy (which kind of makes me never want to leave the house again) but he came by to steam all my luggage and put my mind at ease right away. If you are even just concerned there might be an issue, I would call him immediately. I slept so much better last night knowing he took care of all my stuff. I had a fantastic experience working with Matt and Prodigy Pest Solutions! We had a carpenter bee problem in our back yard. Once spring hit we found several nests in our small yard and had a particularly troubling area right next to our parking pad. This was especially concerning as we were expecting our first child in just a couple of weeks and getting a newborn in and out of the car safely next to the nest was a huge concern. I submitted a request for a quote on a Sunday, received a call back within a few hours that same day and scheduled Matt to come out first thing Monday morning. He was prompt and even gave a call ahead to let me know he was on the way. Matt was entirely professional and friendly. He treated the backyard in no time and gave instructions to call back if we found the bees returning after a few days. We have not had any carpenter bees since!!! Had a small termite problem once the weather started getting cold and bugs started looking for a nice warm shelter, which was unfortunately decided to be our home. Needless to say, termites arent exactly the best visitors! I put it up with it for a few days thinking they would maybe magically go away, but that never happened. Another exterminating company came out several times back at the beginning of the problem and was late, unprofessional, and did not correct the problem. Prodigy literally saved me from my bed-bug nightmare. For three months – starting July 9, 2019 - I was getting bitten with no answers. We had three different companies come out to inspect my apt for bed-bugs on three separate occasions (July 12, Aug 13, Sept. 23) and then one bed-bug sniffing dog on another occasion (Aug 29). All of these companies (which were reputable, btw) gave me the "all clear." I googled everything under the sun and went to two doctors to try to figure out what else it could be (eczema, allergies, scabies?). Finally, on September 30, we found two live bed bugs. Though not in any way comforted by this, I at least thought we finally had an identifiable problem with a known solution. We had one of the companies come out to treat October 1. During this visit, the company told me that there were no signs of bed bugs at any life stage and no identifiable markings that would usually be present. Well... we found a live bug a few days later. Even though the company was coming out for a second treatment on October 8 (protocol), I was desperate for some sort of answer (other than that the bed-bugs were coming out of thin air). I emailed Matt and Sabrina that Saturday morning (Oct 5) to get a quote for their service, not expecting to hear from them until Monday morning. Sabrina called me back right away and spoke with me that morning for at least 15 minutes --- more time than any of these other companies gave me because they thought I was crazy for thinking I had bed bugs. I scheduled an inspection with Prodigy for October 9. The “all clear” company came out for a second treatment October 8. Again, they told me that they found no signs of bed bug activity at any stage of life. I was told that despite the fact that we found a live bed bug (actually, by that point it was three), they "definitely were not established" in my apt. On Wed, Oct 9, Matt came to my apt. He was in my apt for about 10-15 minutes when he found where they were harboring (underneath the slats on my bed-frame -- and it probably took 10-15 mins bc Matt had to take the time to remove the slats with a screwdriver to confirm). None of the other companies that came out looked there, and the dog missed it as well. Also, the one company that came out to treat the apt didn't even treat near the slats on either occasion - so the problem was never going to go away. Matt came out on Oct. 10 (the day after his inspection) to treat and called me to go over everything he did and what my next steps were. He has made himself available via email, call, text anytime I have a question (which has been a lot in the last 24 hours). I finally feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel and that this drama is finally coming to an end. After this entire saga, my only regret is that I didn't know about Prodigy earlier, because then I could have called Matt right away and this would have been a mere inconvenience for a few days rather than a three month nightmare. Matt, Sabrina and Brian -- I really cannot thank you enough. You are forever on my speed dial.

To our chagrin, we realized we brought bed bugs home from the hotel we stayed at earlier in the summer. At first, we had a very well known exterminating company come out to the house but after 3 treatments it was clear that they were not getting rid of the bugs. My experience with Prodigy was so positive, I would recommend their services to anyone. We found out our house had bed bugs upon returning from a month long vacation in May 2015. We found prodigy on the internet and I was on the phone with Sabrina within minutes. Sabrina knows EVERYTHING there is to know about bed bugs, and she is so kind and reassuring, as well as extremely accessible. The whole process of filling out paper work and having the heat treatment done only took a matter of days because they are so efficient. Sabrina walked us through everything. Since our house was treated we've learned that several houses on our block are struggling with bed bugs, but we are still safe! Matt, the company owner has even made two personal visits to my home (and one other Prodigy employee made a third trip) to check things, spray the house, and make sure we stay protected. Having bed bugs in your house is an absolute nightmare, when I found out my neighbors had them too I was terrified and certain that we would get them again but Matt, Sabrina, and everyone at Prodigy have been so wonderful and understanding and the best part is we are bug free! As you can imagine I was furious about the situation and I had no idea what to do or how to handle this situation! I looked up exterminators in the area and found Prodigy Pest Solutions. I had a bed bug infestation and chemical spraying a year ago that almost wiped me out -- allergic reaction that really debilitated me. I was finally feeling better after a summer of airing out the place, and then.....woke up with more bed bug bites last December.
