Was suspicious of bed bugs, asked Justin if he'd be willing to give me his professional opinion via photos of "evidence" on Facebook messenger. He obliged and confirmed my suspicions. Saved me having to guess or have an in home confirmation done. I'm capable and willing to attempt solving this issue on my own, but feel confident and wouldn't hesitate to reach out to him to solve the issue if I cannot. He even confirmed I have the right tools at my disposal to do it myself. That shows there is dedication to helping the customer even if it didn't result in exchange of services and payment at this time. I really appreciate that honesty and integrity!

These guys are great , we have a few properties in Maryland , these guys treat my teanants great . It’s nice to have a company take the time to get it done right , makes it easier since I’m always traveling , highly recommended no big stands a chance !

The owner said it comes with a guarrantee, took our money, and yet mice reappear!! He now say there is no such guarrantee, then say he claims he will give us one for a new sum of money, then they say that actually lasted only for 6 months... then fill up the holes with a foam that a baby could push through! Terrible Service!! Get a written guarrantee before you do anything with them! They don't even know where they put the traps they set. They send a new guy every time they come out and ask where are the traps? Really? I think they should know.

The owner Justin Atwell has major anger management issues. Watched him flip out and completely destroy his equipment. The service was average at best when he showed up. Hit my cc for more than the agreed amount and had to get the bank involved. Use caution.

I contacted premier pest management due to an ant problem. We ended up doing a year round program with him. Very quick and easy scheduling. The tech was on time and within the hour after he left there was a noticeable difference. After the next rain we had a few ants and he came back out right away . I no longer dread summer. Every year as summer drew closer I would begin to panic. I hated mosquito's and the ordeal or running out of my house to jump in my car then have to sit there for 5 minutes as I squashed the blood sucking monsters. Justin came out promptly and gave me back summer. I didn't think it was possible to just sit outside and enjoy being in my yard with my son anymore once summer hit. I have spent hundreds of dollars with other pest control companies, tried DIY chemicals from stores - Nothing worked. But somehow they did it. Don't hesitate. Take back summer from those bugs.

I called him out to take care of an ant infestation I was having trouble with. He worked with me to set up a appointment that fit my schedule. He was very professional and knowledgeable, with his original inspection of my property he was able to locate the sorce of my problem and recommend the proper treatment. Once I hired him he promptly addressed the problem then he informed me of everything he did to correct it. Since then he has followed up with me to make sure I haven't had any more problems. All is well I highly recommend this company to anybody needing pest control I will be signing up for his quarterly service program it is the best value for the money in my opinion.

Okay everyone I love to share my experiences with different businesses that I deal with. I will tell you like it is. Good, bad or indifferent. So here is my opinion on and interaction with the owner of Premier Pest Management, Justin Atwell. Back story first so that you have a better understanding of my review. Not to much detail but enough so that you will understand. I just moved to my home a few weeks ago. There was a mouse issue. I figured that if I kept it clean they would go away. Several mouse interactions one on one and every morning and night issues with cleaning up mouse poop I couldn’t take it anymore. I have been losing it. I was at my witts end. Thinking of every possible way to get rid of these mice. I got so discouraged. Family members told me about Premier Pest Management. They told me how wonderful of a job he does. Just call him. I went over it in my mind because I have had not so good outcomes with other pest control companies in the past. The other companies were at a big expense and sometimes the problems were not resolved. I couldn’t take it anymore. I saw the post for Premier Pest Management last night. I sent a message. I was panicking. I couldn’t take the mice anymore. The owner Justin was extremely patient and understanding. I knew he felt my sense of urgency. He had a booked schedule but knew I was losing it and am only off on the weekends. To my surprise he said I will come tomorrow if you would like. I was almost in tears from happiness and relief. He listened to all of my panicking stories of these mice and their nasty poop and the germs. He stayed calm. He told me his plans for making my home mice and mice poop free so that my son, my dog and I could enjoy our home. This morning, just like he promised he was here. He even took time to make my dog comfortable because my dog doesn’t like strangers. He again explained what he was going to do. He went under the house and did his thing and also found the place of entry. Then he did all the work inside and also found another place of entry. He showed me what he did to be sure my dog didn’t get into anything that would harm him. He listened again to the panic of the mouse stories. Still remained calm and actually took time to listen. He didn’t make me feel like most people do that come out to do work for you. I can tell he isn’t only in this profession because of the money. He actually cares about his customers. That is an amazing thing. I now will be a life time customer of Premier Pest Management. To me not only is having a great service/product extremely important. The way a company treats their customers is just as important. The owner himself will be back to follow up on the mice issue and promises they will all be gone. Due to his knowledge of the pest issues and the extremely high recommendation of my family for this company I have no doubts whatsoever. I know this is lengthy but I feel more detail is better to help everyone make an educated decision.

This company treats their employees horribly and worse is how their customers are treated the management is poor they have no idea how to successfully run a business problems start at the top with this company and trickle down to the poor treatments by certain technicians would highly reccomend going elsewhere for pest management needs these other reviews are some of the most inaccurate and Assumably know the owner chuck well
